About
Lougheed House is a sandstone mansion on 2.8 acres of beautifully maintained lawns and gardens in the centre of Calgary's Beltline community. The house was built in 1891 and fully restored in the late 1990s. It opened to the public in 2005 and is now home to a museum, exhibits, and event rental space.
Lougheed House is the perfect place to host a small wedding! Not only does it have the stunning backdrop of the formal Beaulieu gardens in the summer, its classic Victorian architechture provides a luxurious locations for events year round. Guests have the option to book the whole house or just a room or two, depending on your wedding size. Our event coordinator will happily connect you with our list of trusted vendors, and we have in-house catering who will tailer a menu to suit your style.
