Palais Royale is a special place to get married. Our guests still can't stop talking about the incredible views, amazing service and food that was to-die-for! Every element of the wedding was meticulously cared for by the planners and the staff executed my vision perfectly. We could not have asked for more from this amazing team and venue. You will have a wonderful experience here!! -

Both of us fell in love with Palais Royale in the past, so when we finally toured the venue and reviewed the cost, it was a no-brainer.
The ballroom was spacious for a proper social distancing event, and no one felt as it was even the first event many attended post-pandemic. Everything looked and was perfect – and Chantelle helped us get there!
The staff was phenomenal and responsive. I am someone with extreme hearing loss, so when I discussed this with the venue, accommodations were not a problem at all. I had a separate venue meeting with Rob, who is in charge of sound at Palais Royale. They created a setup near the head table... -

Truly amazing!
Having our wedding at Palais Royale was the best decision. From the moment we reached out to enquire, Chantelle was so informative, responsive and really trying to make things work for us from the very beginning. At our tasting we knew we made the right choice as the food and service was so good - and this was the same on our wedding day. The patio where we had our ceremony was perfect and the views were amazing. I really wish I could do it all over again!

Our wedding was 2 months ago. The venue is amazing and unique. Our quests had a really good time. The staff is very helpful and flexible.
However, there were some hiccups along the way, which is why I did not give a perfect rating.
We had some changes the week of the wedding and our coordinator changed. The order of the table numbers was wrong which was very disappointing as our guests where not placed in optimal position. We had some issues with pricing but it was resolved quickly when we brought them up. Staff is responsive and flexible that way.
It's a little expensive, but the food was amazing (guests still talk about it) and the view is breathtaking. -

Choosing Palais Royale for our wedding reception was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding!!! From day 1 of planning they were extremely responsive and helpful to plan out our perfect wedding reception! They paired us with a fantastic day of coordinator Lauren who promptly answered all our emails, walked us through designing the room and customizing our wedding menu. Palais Royale has a fantastic culinary team that works with you to customize the menu to be exactly what you want! They have SO many options (including tons of late night station options) and if you have a special request they will go out of their way to make it for you! We had the best... -

Rebecca and the rest of the Palais team were absolutely wonderful. The venue was super cozy and lovely for our Fall wedding and we got to take advantage of the amazing patio (with tent). Amazing rope light set up, delicious food, friendly staff. Our guests raved about the experience and we could not be more pleased! The lead up and day of was all super smooth, and we had a a blast -

We held our wedding reception at Palais Royale and could not be more happy with our decision. The venue itself is beautiful, with an amazing outdoor patio. The ballroom looks great with minimal decor. A big selling feature for us was that you and your guests have the entire venue to yourself!
The service, especially from our wedding coordinator Rebecca, was amazing. She was by our side helping us out through the entire planning process, and helped us adapt our plans multiple times to fit the covid restrictions; including the week of the wedding when Ontario moved to the next stage of re-opening earlier than planned. We could not speak more highly of the professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for their clients. Amazing food, amazing amenities and their flexibility in going from a 200 person wedding to 30 to ensure our guests safety during covid - we were so lucky to have our wedding in 2020 thanks to the staff at Palais.
