  A Dream Come True!

  Pine Valley Chalet was an absolute dream come true for our wedding- the venue is stunning, the location is great, and Mandy and her team are professional, accommodating, and friendly. From the day we first viewed the venue until our wedding many months later, we felt supported by the staff and confident in our decision to have our wedding at PVC. The wedding day itself was perfect and we would absolutely recommend Pine Valley Chalet.

  Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

  I would recommend Pine Valley to anyone and everyone! Mandy and Sam were great to work with and incredibly flexible when it came to doing things less traditionally! The venue is beautiful, rustic, and the deck is perfect for any outdoor ceremony! Highly recommend.

  Perfect for us

  The team at Chicopee was so great to work with. We went more custom for our food choices and they easily swapped out items for our favourites. I couldnt sing the venues praises more. Its a beautiful interior and deck which we dressed up with minimal decor. People also said how great the bar service was, real bartenders! We couldn't have had a better day! The team, especially Mandy, made our day perfect! Overallthe pricing was fair and the food was delicious.

  Poor Communication

  Was told we would be contacted in early spring for tasting, never contacted. After several emails, still nothing. Finally heard from them when we cancelled and asked for deposit back. Would not refund.

  Wedding May 20th 2018

  My wife and I just had our wedding at the Pine valley chalet. Mandy and the staff were so great to us. they made you feel welcome and helped anyway they could to make our day as less stressful as possible. I would definitely recommend this place for an event. our guests were very impressed and we had nothing but great compliments about this place. thank you very much Mandy and staff.   I couldn't ask for a more professional venue coordinator. Mandy was so kind abs helpful for all by unique requests. From the meal which everyone loved the two meats. The cocktail hour I had delicious choices that everyone loved from pork sliders to chicken and pork kabobs . The dessert option I upgraded to the truffles and cheesecake and it was a show stopper! My guests ate everything and it was enough! The entire evening my guests were well fed and loved the fact of a deck open to a natural scenery and popping inside to dance on the dance floor.

  What a beautiful venue. We would get married here again and do it exactly the same!! I loved the cabin feel where out decorator made everything pop with all the white accessories! Mandy thank you so much for your great communication with everything from food to our seating plan. The dance floor and bar were awesome and the deck for our sparklers was perfect! Thank you for a memorial wedding that ended up sharing your anniversary too!

  A beautiful venue with very professional, available, friendly and attentive staff. The dinner was excellent and the building well appointed for the setting, as Mandy helped us set up the logistics and particulars of our wedding with ease and it was hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable venue!
