  Beautiful wedding venue with amazing service for a perfect day!

  We held our wedding at Queen's Landing in July. We had never stayed at the hotel before visiting it as a wedding venue option and were immediately blown away by the beauty of the site, the service, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other venues we visited. The guest min/max is also very flexible which was one less thing we had to stress about during wedding planning.
  
  We held everything at the venue - getting ready in one of the ready rooms and hotel suites, our ceremony in the gorgeous waterview gardens next to the hotel, the reception and cocktail hour in georgian ballroom. It was so convenient having everything in one place. There are so many unique places around the site to take photos as well (like the library and waterfront). Every space is different and beautiful. The outdoor gardens even have space for guests to hang out and play lawn games while we were taking photos. We had a horse and carriage pick us up for photos and they were able to come right into the gardens making it such a magical exit from our ceremony!
  
  The service at Queen's Landing was excellent. Onsite all staff were immediately responsive and helped with any request. It was especially helpful to have Rikki, their onsite wedding coordinator, help throughout the whole planning process. She was so responsive and answered all of my million questions, providing expert advice along the way. She was extremely organized, which helped me keep organized and on track wedding planning. If planning a wedding yourself - having an onsite coordinator is SO helpful and Rikki was exceptional. She was also instrumental on the day of, helping to set things up, coordinating our walk down the aisle, our grand entrances and dealing with any last minute requests. She even helped expertly run our rehearsal when our officiant was 40 min late!
  
  The food and drinks at the hotel are also amazing - all of our guests complimented us on this. We stayed for the weekend, having our rehearsal on Friday with the bridal party, drinks at Bacchus lounge are a must, and then breakfast at Tiara's after the wedding. The region of Niagara-on-the-lake is so charming. Though it was a very busy summer weekend, Queen's Landing is tucked out of the way and quieter. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel or airbnb's after the wedding and really enjoyed it.
  
  QL also provides an excellent list of preferred vendors who we used since we don't live in Niagara, and all were excellent contributing to the perfect wedding day!

  Beautiful Wedding

  We had our ceremony at pillar and post and reception at queens landing. We had an open bar, 4 course meal and wine service during dinner. Both under vintage hotels so it was an easy decision to do it that way. We were hoping to have our ceremony in the garden, but due to rain, we had the ceremony indoors in Queenston Hall at Pillar and post. Clippings who also works under the vintage hotel "Umbrella" (pun intended), Was fantastic at reserving us an arbour. The ceremony turned out beautifully and everyone was friendly and accommodating.
  
  Queens Landing was gorgeous. The staff did a wonderful just with setup and managing the event. Rikki checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going as planned. The food was amazing, and wine/bar service was amazing too.
  
  From starting the process to the final moments of our wedding day, Rikki was astronomical in getting us setup and organized. She answered any questions we had and was always there when we needed something.
  
  The hospitality was great and allowing our dog to be part of the ceremony was the best part. We appreciated everything Rikki, vintage hotels, and the staff at queens landing did for us.

  Wouldn’t want my wedding anywhere else!

  We had the absolute best day at Queens Landing! The venue is absolutely stunning inside and out! We were able to utilize all aspects of the venue! We had our ceremony outdoors in the lovely green space, cocktail area with bar and outdoor patio space, and reception in the grand Georgian ballroom! We couldn’t have been happier with how the day went! Our wedding coordinator Rikki was absolutely amazing from day 1! As the bride, I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day! The food was absolute amazing! From Cocktail hour apps to the late night buffet, I don’t know how they managed to serve so many guests such amazing food but they nailed it! Many of our guests complimented the delicious food and commented on the staff as being super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend! I have zero regrets about having our wedding here and we can’t wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary!

  The best wedding venue for a wedding!

  We had a wedding in June 2022 at Queen's Landing hotel & it was absolutely incredible from day 1 dealing with this venue and all of their amazing staff. Helpful every step of the way, understanding, so kind, and overall just made our day (and entire planning process) the absolute best.
  
  Special shout out to Rikki who was especially incredible and we cannot thank her enough for all of her support, hard work, and professionalism. We are so happy she was a part of our special day & we could not be happier with Queen's Landing!

  Beautiful Venue

  The venue was a beautiful location for both our ceremony and reception. The food was amazing and the bar services were excellent as well. Due to the pandemic some of their staff had been on reduced hours leading up to the wedding which slowed down response time for some of our inquiries, causing some minor hiccups along the way. I don't believe this would be the case when operating at normal capacity, so it hopefully won't be an issue for anyone booking for weddings coming up. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere of the venue made the day so beautiful.

  Gorgeous Winter Wedding

  Lorraine, Rikki and the entire staff at Queen's Landing made our wedding a day to remember. We didn't even book our wedding until August 2020 for a December 2020 wedding but Lorraine was great and talked us through the COVID restrictions. There were many more restrictions along the planning process but Rikki was fantastic with working through them and explaining them to us so we could still have the day we dreamed of. On the day of, everything went so seamlessly and perfectly, our guests commented that it didn't even feel like this wedding was being impacted by COVID. The food and service were impeccable, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel added to the joy of the celebration. If you are looking for a classy, cozy and elegant place for your wedding, you will not be disappointed with the venue and the staff.

  Lorraine, Rikki and the entire staff at Queen's Landing made our wedding a day to remember. We didn't even book our wedding until August 2020 for a December 2020 wedding but Lorraine was great and talked us through the COVID restrictions. There were many more restrictions along the planning process but Rikki was fantastic with working through them and explaining them to us so we could still have the day we dreamed of.   So happy with our venue choice!

  Queens Landing was an amazing, beautiful place to have our wedding! Not only is the aesthetic breathtaking, the staff are incredible! Rikki, the wedding coordinator, was so amazing! She was so helpful the entire time and was always there to answer every question we had! She went above and beyond the day of and was so helpful with setup and making sure everything went smoothly! We cannot thank her and everyone at Queens Landing enough!

  The most amazing venue & quality service

  I had my 3-day long Indian wedding at Vintage Hotels (with the event venues being hosted at both Queens Landing and Pillar & Post). The planning process was seamless with both the sales team (Grace), and the wedding coordinators (Emily & Rikki). The team was extremely organized, responsive (within 24-48 hours, which was a saviour during wedding planning!) and full of solutions to any inquiries or dilemma's I was having. The ultimate focus on planning from the Vintage Hotels team led to the wedding being thrown without a hitch. During the wedding itself, the team didn't forget a single item that I had asked them to set up, and they went above and beyond to ensure guests were welcome, and had all of their needs being met. They knew our key bridal party members and worked with them to ensure that the bride was not bombarded, and were extremely professional along the way. The venue is beautiful, with excellent food, and is most definitely worth it!

  The perfect venue for our wedding

  Rikki was amazing, she made sure I was able to contact her for anything I needed and she replied my emails and calls fast. The venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing, our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the venue and food was. On the day of the wedding rikki set up everything perfectly, it was as if she had read my mind and knew what I wanted without asking, she was on hand for the evening and was very helpful in reminding me what was happening next. She and our dj even came up with a great idea on how to give away our centerpieces which I completely forgot to do. Queens Landing and rikki are just amazing and I would definitely go back to stay their for our one year anniversary.

  Best Day Ever

  Queens landing went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most perfect day ever. All the transitions throughout the day were flawless and Rikki was on top of any and ALL mishaps that were happened throughout the day. She was patient SUPER accommodating and really took the time to make this day unforgettable. Thank you so much for making this day the best day ever!
