November Wedding

Recently held my wedding at Roseville Estate and we had a great time! It was so easy to schedule and plan because there is only one wedding a day so you have the property to yourself and can do everything onsite! The bridal suite is huge, we had 10 people getting ready in addition to the two hair and make up stylists and we still had so much room to move around. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our main compliments of the day were how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was!!

Great Venue

We had our wedding at Roseville Estate. Amazing to say the least. We had so many compliments on the food and the beautiful venue. Want to thank Dylan, Sarah and Jimmy for the amazing attention to details and seeing through our perfect day until the end.

A year later, and people are still talking about how amazing our venue was!

My husband and I got married at Roseville in 2021 - and it was a day we will always cherish. The venue was stunning, well run and had everything we needed. Even a year later - our friends and family are still raving about how amazing our wedding was, and how our venue was perfect!

The food was phenomenal, and we loved the tasting date where we got to go to the venue and decide what would be served to our guests. The food the night of came out quickly, and was delicious! ** If you plan on bringing in a dessert bar - either rethink that, or make sure your MC announces that it's open often cause...

My husband and I got married at Roseville in 2021 - and it was a day we will always cherish. The venue was stunning, well run and had everything we needed. Even a year later - our friends and family are still raving about how amazing our wedding was, and how our venue was perfect!

The food was phenomenal, and we loved the tasting date where we got to go to the venue and decide what would be served to our guests. The food the night of came out quickly, and was delicious! ** If you plan on bringing in a dessert bar - either rethink that, or make sure your MC announces that it's open often cause no one toughed ours. The guests were so full with the amazing food provided by the venue, most of the table wasn't touched. The late night snacks were great, and my in-laws (still) rave about the coffee that was served.
The whole day ran smoothly - the guys enjoyed their getting ready area + snacks, and the bridal suite was perfect for the girls to get ready in. Sarah and Victor have the timings etc for the day down to a science, and everything was well organized and on time.
The staff was great and interacted well with all the guests and wedding party - some of my wedding party still talk about that as well. Dan and 'Not Dan' - you were great and you will always be remembered haha.
There are so many stunning ceremony spots within the venue. We were originally planning on the barn, but changed to the outdoor pergola due to covid - and it was just as wonderful as the barn would have been. The entire estate and house are beautiful, and we had so many photo opportunities with our photographer.
Sarah and Victor made the planning process easy and the help of Lynn (Day of coordinator) really helped get the details down. The only real issue we had through the process was in regards to postponing due to COVID. There was a period of time we were trying to decide if we were going to postpone/what the new date would be where we felt like it could have been sorted out better. That's the only time communication kinda dropped where we were waiting a while to get answers about next steps. I mean - it was the start of the pandemic and no one knew what was going on, so I get that, but it was full of all the emotions you'd expect and I wasn't happy about having to wait so close to our wedding date to decide to finally postpone it. Once we did sort out the new date though, everything went smoothly (Sarah and Victor navigated all the covid rule changes around our new wedding date well) and all in all, our day was perfect :)

Again, Roseville was an amazing venue, and Sarah and Victor did a wonderful job!

Buyer Beware

This is a beautiful place. However, pray that no problems arise during the planning stages, because the owners, ( or management) are not interestested in providing the Bride and groom, they are interested 8n their pocketbook. If there are no problems, you will only see hints of that attitude ... we saw MORE than hints. Covid was the main problem, but their reaction was horrible. When the size of the wedding had to be reduced because of Covid, my daughter had to proceed with just the outdoor wedding ceremony because the owners would not refund the money. The reception portion was to be scheduled after Covid. The first choice was also pushed back due to the pandemic. My daughter...

My daughter was told that priority was being given to new business, therefore would she like a date midweek in the early winter. The original contract was not being honoured as the discount that they had offered in the original price was taken away and the minimum number od people guaranteed for the meal was increased by just under 20%. Again no offer of refund because times were "tough". (yet I am told the owners purchased a golf course. Hmmmmmm.) She settled on the Sunday of a long weekend. The food was alright but not as good as the tasting. My daughter fell short of the guarantee by about 5 meals (people). When my daughter wanted the extra meals, that she paid for, packed up so she could bring them home. She was told that that is how they feed the staff, with the prepaid meals. The wedding itself went great and everyone had a great time. The only problem I noted was that the waiters would collect the empty wine glasses while people were up dancing. Did I say empty? No, they would take away glasses half full saying they needed the glasses. Makes no sense! I suspect that the drinks were watered down based upon some conversatione I'd had, but I am a beer drinker so no 1st hand experience. Again, the wedding was great! The venue is beautiful. Just prepare for being nickel and dimed, for some poor service activities, and a hard time for changes.

Absolutely perfect, stunning venue

I don't even know where to begin! Roseville estates was an absolute DREAM of a venue!!! From the service, to the beauty of the grounds, to the amazing food and more - this venue is perfect! The wedding process can be stressful but Victor and Sarah made the process a lot easier for us. They provided us additional resources such as vendor lists, a sample timeline that I followed, and important dates in advance. Victor and Sarah are very professional and genuinely care about your wedding experience.

The thing that sets apart this venue from other venues is that you can get ready on location starting as early as 9:00 a.m. There are many rooms in the estate which make it great for the groom and bride to get ready separately. The bridal sweet is perfect - roomy and comfy just what you need on your special day. You get to enjoy the venue - including the pool and grounds before your ceremony. The groom and his groomsmen at our wedding really enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing the long games before they had to get ready. They also provide lunch during the day as well!

The other great thing about this venue is there are SO many options for a perfect ceremony/reception. You can have your ceremony on site in the most beautiful locations. We were married under the pergola in the gardens but you can also get married under the pavilion or even indoors! They really do give you flexibility and ensure that your day is especially tailored to you. We had our reception indoors and we absolutely loved it. It's so beautiful with the chandeliers and elegant features!

We were looking forward to this day for a while and we are so happy that we chose this venue. We felt so special and well cared for. We look at our photos and fondly remember the beauty of Roseville estates and the love we felt that day. Thank you so much Roseville Estates for making our day amazing!! Cant wait to be back for our 10-year anniversary party ❤️😉!!

Great experience with Roseville!

We were looking for a manor property and Roseville did not disappoint. The workers were friendly and the organization staff were flexible and helpful. The cost included all drinks and food as well as a full day use of the venue. The outdoor ceremony area was perfect for us, and our guests all commented on how beautiful the location was! It was great to get ready on-site, and the food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend.

A Perfect Day at Roseville Estate

Wow! Where do I begin, we had the most perfect day imaginable at Roseville Estate.

We had to postpone the wedding from 2021, which we know was an awful experience for most but we were so lucky with our venue. They were so understanding and flexible throughout the pandemic, and made the transition to a new date so easy for us.

We started the day at 9am and the girls began getting ready. The boys swam and played games all day! They provide lunch, champagne and beer while everyone is getting ready. Having the ceremony and reception all in one place makes the day go so much smoother, we had so much time for pictures. We...

Wow! Where do I begin, we had the most perfect day imaginable at Roseville Estate.

We had to postpone the wedding from 2021, which we know was an awful experience for most but we were so lucky with our venue. They were so understanding and flexible throughout the pandemic, and made the transition to a new date so easy for us.

We started the day at 9am and the girls began getting ready. The boys swam and played games all day! They provide lunch, champagne and beer while everyone is getting ready. Having the ceremony and reception all in one place makes the day go so much smoother, we had so much time for pictures. We used their regular decorator/florist, Special Events and Flowers (Lynne), who was absolutely amazing and knows the venue well. We had the ceremony outside because the weather allowed for it, but there are a few options and backups in case it rains so I wasn't worried.

Guests described the day as "magical" and I couldn't agree more. Guests also said they've never had food that good at a wedding! We had two signature cocktails that we chose, a whole array of appetizers, and a fantastic meal (we chose beef tenderloin and salmon for our guests to choose from). Only thing I didn't realize is we were not allowed shots, I must have missed that in the contract.

I could not imagine a better day and I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Sarah and Victor!!

Dream Wedding!!!

We Finally got married and could not have been so beautiful! We booked this venue over 2 years ago and had some big plans for our day! When Covid hit, we didnt think we would get to go ahead. Roseville was a dream to work with and did everything in their power to keep our plans as close to our original idea as possible. You would have ever known it was a Covid wedding. Everything was perfect and stress free, the venue is so beautiful. I would not change a thing. I would definitely recommend Roseville Estate. Thank you to all the staff at Roseville Estate that made this happen for us!!

So extremely accommodating and encouraging through these hard times and helped us with ideas to help our day feel unique. We have our postponed date next year on August and we’re SO excited for our full day celebration.

Stunning!!!!

Roseville is such an amazing space! My fiancé and I didn’t want to stress about getting to our venue after getting ready and forcing our guests to travel from one venue to another for ceremony and reception.

Roseville offers you the entire day at the estate, allowing you to get ready there and your guests to enjoy everything.

We fell in love just from the drive up to the house and the view you take in. Sarah and Lynne have answered every question we asked and we have no doubt our big day is going to be organized and be so beautiful!
