The Forest and Stream Club is a sophisticated private club and elegant dining and entertaining facility in Dorval, Quebec on the West Island of Montreal. The historic manor was completed in 1878 and offers breathtaking waterfront views with incredible sunsets over Lake St. Louis. The Forest and Stream Club provides a one-of-a-kind setting with a charming landscape and gardens, elegant décor, first-class service, and a reputation for excellent cuisine and fine wines, making it a great location for weddings and other special occasions. The cozy fireplaces also make it an excellent choice for a winter wedding. This stellar venue has been celebrating memorable events for over 130 years!
Facilities and capacity
The Forest and Stream Club offers excellent facilities to host weddings and other events in an atmosphere reminiscent of Old World traditions. This venue's facilities can welcome up to 80 guests in the dining room and up to 110 guests when combined with the forget room. The waterfront estate can accommodate up to 200 persons in a tent wedding. Their unique location offers couples the opportunity to hold their ceremony, outdoor cocktails, and dinner reception all on their magnificent property. There are also ample photo opportunities throughout the estate. The club is located within minutes of the international airport for your and your guests’ convenience.

Wonderful overall experience, with great service and attention to detail

Absolutely stunning venue
I highly recommend this venue. Being surrounded by water with a breeze blowing across the lake and the sun shimmering on the waves was so special. The old house and willow trees out front are so romantic. The food was a hit, and the staff and service were so kind. I wouldn't have chosen any other venue, if I had to redo it all again :)

Our wedding was beautiful and blessed
We chose the Forest & Stream to host our wedding 3 months prior to due date. The club was very responsive, and especially patient and understanding of the last minute changes that occurred with us being a couple with most of our family overseas.
The entire staff treated us as if we were the only couple getting married there this summer, and surely it felt that way. Weeks after our wedding, we would still hear from some of our guests about a particular waiter who treated them great.
The food is amazing, the decorum requires very little additional decorations. We opted for flowers only, which blended very well with the natural setting of the club. We were also blessed to get married on one of the only days that were not rainy that week, it was a warm day throughout.
Special thanks to Eric, the club's Sales & Service Manager. He showcased a calm and trust in the unfolding of events that matched ours perfectly. He truly is an asset to any wedding prep!

Exceeded All Expectations!
The Forest & Stream Club Staff was so professional and polished. So many of of guests compliment the service and staff and the Forest & Stream. The food was exceptional. The grounds are in tip top shape. A very charming mansion! It rained on our wedding day and the Forest & Stream team set up for our ceremony indoors which was always the back up plan. Stress free wedding day!. Highly recommend!

Charming, Friendly & Affordable!
The venue manager was very accommodating to our needs, and helped us with everything! We got so many compliments on our venue and the service. The staff were amazing, the food was amazing, and the venue is gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for a better venue!

Elegant and Romantic setting
The team at the Forest and Stream club are amazing professionals that help you every step of the way! Very responsive with requests and flexible. Super easy process with them. This venue offers a beautiful place to say « I do » and the food was top notch. Our guests couldn’t believe how good everything was. I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Best night of our lives!
The Forest & Stream Club was an amazing venue. The whole process was very easy and seamless. They shared many tips with us, the staff was very helpful and on the night of, they were so professional and discrete. The grounds are beautiful and we felt like we were celebrating in the warmth of our house. The food was excellent, each of the 158 meals were prepared with the same quality and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend it to any couple. Thank you all for making this experience so easy!

Perfect wedding venue
My husband and I had the most incredible wedding at the Forest and Stream Club. The manager was always available to answer our questions and the service was impeccable. All of our guests raved about the quality of the food and the intimacy of the venue. The grounds are beautiful and the perfect place for any special event.

Parfaite réception
nous sommes tombés amoureux de l’endroit dès notre première visite, avons été plus que convaincu par la dégustation mais la journée et la soirée de notre mariage ont dépassé, et de loin, nos attentes. Le service était exceptionnel, les employés avenants, prévoyant, discrets et sympathiques. Nos invités ont plus qu’appréciés et, nous, si c’était à refaire, nous n’y changerions rien. La nourriture délicieuse, l’endroit!!!! Tout simplement parfait.

The Perfect Venue
From the minute we set foot on the grounds of the Forest and Stream Club, we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding because it was just so gorgeous. From the forest, to the lake, from the stunning dining room, to the charming preparation rooms, Forest and Stream Club offers the whole package. Through all the planning, Eric was always ready to help and he offered welcomed advice and tips. The day of the wedding, Cynthia and the staff were friendly and very professional making sure we had nothing to worry about. They were definitely a big part of making our special day the perfect day. The attention to the detail was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was impressed with the Club and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. Moreover, this venue makes for the most amazing wedding pictures. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get married. A special thanks to Eric who was always so welcoming and easy to talk to and to Cynthia for her refreshing energy and the many laughs we shared.
