I know the above reviews can't be from the same business that I purchased my suits from, because the service I received was almost the complete opposite.

Yes, they can provide great service when you initially go in for measurements when you are considering a purchase, but given the nature of the business (sales) it's expected.

Everything leading up to the sale was fine. Once I inserted my card and punched in my pin, that's where things went downhill.
Quoted timeframe: 5-6 weeks for suit to arrive. Reality ~10 weeks.
Went in for alterations, and required some minor changes.
Quoted timeframe 1.5-2 weeks max. Reality: 4+ weeks, still waiting.

Horrendous service on call backs. Don't even bother leaving your messages on the phone, no one has called me back at leaving 4. This is along the same line with others who have dealt with IM-label lately, and are waiting on their purchases.

I understand that as a business grows, things can get a little out of hand. But this is ridiculous.
Quality of the suit? hard to say since I'm still waiting on it. But from other reviews in the past, it should be fairly good. Not sure how it is now though.

The IM-Label team was an absolute pleasure to work with! They provided me and my brother with exceptional service. I loved my customized Tuxedo. I just showed them a picture and they were able to match the design with exceptional quality. They are indeed the best value in town! This was my third time making a purchase from IM-Label and I will definitely refer my friends to them.

I used IM Label to suit my groomsmen and I, and we were not disappointed. Harry was professional, friendly, and very helpful. IM is excellent value and the end product will suit any body type. I have and will continue to recommend them!
