If I could give zero stars I would. Worked with KUNAL before about 5 years ago and enjoyed the service. Went back to him again this July and paid a deposit. KUNAL and London Bespoke have completely ghosted after taking an almost $4,000 deposit. Multiple text messages haven’t been returned, and neither have emails to the company account. The second fitting deadline was 4 weeks ago, and the suits were supposed to be completed by now.
We have a mutual friend who has asked KUNAL to reach out. He said that he would to the mutual friend, and then never did. His calls go straight to voicemail. Extremely disappointed in what started out as a great process. I’m not as concerned with the delays as o am with the lack of communication. Part of what you are paying the extremely high mark up for is the service which is non existent. Brutal experience and would not recommend.

First time buyer here, the level of detail Kunal and his team guide you through is unbelievable. Service and product are top notch. I will be coming here for all future suits

I was looking for a bespoke tuxedo for my wedding and had already visited a couple of other places. When I went to The London Bespoke Club, the level of service and expertise from Kunal made me choose them immediately. I didn't know anything about tux and fabric, and Kunal was very informative and patient and walked me through the entire process. I eventually got everything from them - jacket, trousers, shirts, shoes, and even socks! The quality of their product is simply unmatched. They can embroider your name/initials on the shirt, which I thought was a very nice, personal touch. One day, there was a minor delay with my shoes, and Kunal waited long past store hours to wait for my shoes to be ready and personally delivered them to my place - that's the kind of service you can expect from them!

This was my first bespoke experience, and it will certainly won't be my last with The London Bespoke Club.
