PRICING TIERS for 2025, 2026 (+ hst)

50 guests: $5,000 ($55 each additional guest)

75 guests: $6,400 ($55 each additional guest)

100 + guests: $7,000 (includes all linens)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Outdoor Ceremony space with white chairs and signing table (Arbour with draping can be added for $100).

Ready Room: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Outdoor Cocktail area with picnic tables, high tops with linens

Indoor Reception space in the barn includes all tables, chairs, Edison bulbs from the ceiling, draping across the barn doors, podium, microphone.
