About

Situated within a 1920's village and surrounded by beautiful gardens, the church is a great option for a traditional wedding ceremony. The marvellous gardens and the antique historical buildings are great backdrops to help capture photos that can be cherished for many years to come. In the open season, guests can tour the area filled with townsfolk in period costumes.

Facilities and capacity

The church is a splendid location for an intimate wedding ceremony of up to eighty family and friends. Inside this quaint church are beautiful hardwood floors, an upright piano, stunning traditional stained glass windows and fourteen authentic wooden pews.

The Ice Cream Parlour is available to book for a reception of up to sixty guests and a cocktail hour for up to seventy-five. There is also the aptly named Discovery room which seats eighty and accepts one hundred guests for a cocktail party. For a reception or cocktail event, staff set up tables and chairs.

Services offered

Couples must book their photo sessions with the museum in advance as professional photographic equipment is not allowed on the premises without prior permission and they must make sure that the photo shoots do not block public access.

poor experience

Very unorganized. Most "YES" answers in my e-mails ended up being "no" in person. Our date was told to us in an e-mail that we were good, only to find out in person that it was not. They also had no seating for our guests as they had gotten rid of most of their seats and tables. We then were told to find our own and bring them in. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
