Experience the elegant and romantic surroundings of the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory located in Ontario. The venue offers a stunning natural backdrop with cascading waterfalls, lush tropical foliage, and free-flying butterflies all around in this enchanting paradise. This venue features an indoor ceremony and reception space, perfect all year 'round - rain or shine! Plus, sufficient space for parking is offered by the venue for your guests. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.
Facilities and capacity
The Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory offers wonderful indoor locations for couples to celebrate their special day. It boasts three event spaces and has the capacity to comfortably accommodate both intimate and large gatherings. The dining room is ideal for hosting intimate celebrations and can seat up to 100 guests. Around 100 guests can be accommodated at the venue for cocktail-style receptions and up to 70 guests for brunch receptions.

Amazing Location and Brunch!
Loved working with the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory team for our brunch wedding!
This venue is amazing. It was the first location we looked at and we were sold on the spot. My husband and I had wanted a small brunch style wedding that was low-key and unique and what is more unique than butterflies flying around everywhere!
The ceremony and brunch was lovely and we had so many compliments from our friends and family.
The Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory team was the BEST. They answered my bazillion questions with ease and helped us setup everything and even fluffs your dress for you before you walk down the aisle! JUST SUPER!
Thank you again! It was the perfect wedding!

Gorgeous venue and amazing staff
I can’t express enough how absolutely amazing the staff at this venue are. We decided to get married only 4 months before our wedding date and the staff were so incredible even with the short notice. They were all so kind and thorough with every interaction. The food was absolutely delicious and they were able to answer all our questions and even accommodate the fact that we wanted two separate desserts for our guests. We only had 26 guests so we did have to pay a fee since we were under their minimum but the fee was incredibly reasonable.
The day of the wedding they set up all our decorations based on the photos we sent them, were there to help with any of the issues with the wedding day of, helped ensure that everything ran smoothly, and packed everything up for us to pick up the morning of the next day. The venue itself is absolutely stunning both inside and outside and you have access to the conservatory all night, but the staff really made all the difference. Our guests had an amazing time and we’re talking about how much fun the staff were to interact with. Truly could not have picked a more gorgeous venue with just the most amazing, accommodating, and lovely staff members. Thank you everyone for your work!

Fairytale Wedding

The food was amazing and they made wedding planning and the itinerary so easy and stress free!
They were very friendly and great to work with as we were out of town they provided us with a virtual rehearsal and provided us layouts of the conservatory and a video of the walkthrough!
I could not have asked for a better venue or better staff to work with they checked in very regularly throughout the night to make sure everything was great.
Such a magical day and experience; I would highly recommend!!!

Amazing Venue Experience
My husband and I were recently married at the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory. The staff was very helpful from our first consultation to day the after our wedding. The guests had a wonderful experience throughout the night. We received many compliments on what a unique wedding was and how amazing tasted.

Cayla, Ashley and Alyssa acted as not only our venue contacts but our wedding planners. They were a team after my own heart with their google sheets and checklists. I so appreciated their planning beforehand and their guidance throughout the big day itself. They ensured everything went smoothly and kept me in the loop if any changes in the schedule were required.
