We had an amazing experience having our wedding at Clearwater Trading Events! The environment and surroundings were beautiful and went perfectly with our wedding vibes. All of our guests loved that they could camp right on site, it gave everyone the opportunity to really let loose and have fun, knowing that they were in a safe space. It also was really helpful because the bridal party came out the night before and camped and it was easy to have help setting up and taking everything down, we could take our time with it and didn't have to take everything down at the end of the night. There were plenty of beautiful spaces for photos, the owners have done a great job at building a beautiful wedding/event venue. It has everything you need in one place for a unique and beautiful wedding.

The minute we steped on the property we new this was the place. The scenery was beyond beautiful, even the whole feeling of being there i found it hard to stress about things and i am usually one to stress over everything. But the best part was Randy, the owner, he is one of the sweetest, most generous, and genuine people you will ever meet, he really is a breath of fresh air. He made the event 10x more memorable and felt like family by the end of the weekend. Over-all i highly recommend having your wedding here, i got endless compliments from my guests saying it was the best wedding they have been to and alot of them would of stayed longer if possible.

This was the most amazing experience! It was peaceful, intimate and yet a fun for all who attended our wedding. Marion and Randy made it all so easy to put together our special day and had no problem lending a hand where needed. Randy’s heart and soul is put into this property and he graciously puts that effort into your special day. The beauty of this location along with the special people who run Clearwater trading events is incomparable.

We had our wedding here Aug 2020. Randy and Marion were amazing hosts, right from the pre-wedding communication and planning. Anything you can dream for your event-they can make happen. The venue is so beautiful and there are so many options on how to use the property and space that literally "the sky is the limit". The buildings, cabins and loft area are fantastic for accommodating all kinds of events. The paths and natural areas are perfect for pictures and truly gave a unique energy for our wedding day. The large tent gave us an option for our guests and ceremony as we did have a bit of rain that day. The natural environment and spirit of the venue absolutely helped make our wedding the most magical and beautiful event...more than I could have imagined. Randy and Marion are by far the most helpful and accommodating hosts and were more than willing to provide and assist with any request we or our guests had. This property is a must-see for any potential wedding venue, reunion or event. By the end of the weekend, Randy felt like part of the family and we give this venue our whole hearted recommendation.

Had my wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. The venue is stunning, and the owners are so helpful and accommodating. While you have your even there the owners are willing to help with whatever you need, all you have to do is ask! It was definitely worth it, and I will always recommend them!

My husband and I had the most amazing time. Our Wedding was gorgeous and the property beautiful. All natural land with beautiful cabins. Plenty of cooking space. There is privacy if wanted. Many trails to explore with gorgeous scenery. My experience at Clearwater was unforgettable. It brought our two families together. I would recommend this Venue for Weddings , reunions, or just a weekend getaway. The people are very professional and kind. I will definitely be going back for my Anniversary!!! This venue has amazing picturesque views if you are looking fo a more forestry themed type wedding.
However, this venue would be more suited for a ceremony/ reception as long as it's quiet.
If your having a quiet Mormon, Christian, CDplayer volume type wedding, this is the place for you

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Dealing with both Marion and Randy was a pleasure when originally scoping out and then booking the venue. They made it clear that their job was to cater to us, and when the day finally came they followed through. The site was in immaculate shape and we were given the keys to the kingdom, as Randy made it clear that it was our special weekend and he did everything we needed from him. This venue is extremely special and dear to them, and that feeling transferred seemlessly to us as we celebrated long into the night! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, crank the stereo to 11, all the best ratings I could think of for this phenomenal place and the unbelievable people running it.

I’d highly recommend Clearwater to anyone looking for a natural and relaxed setting for their wedding. The owners are amazing people and made us feel welcome and relaxed.

I don't even know where to begin. Our experience with Clearwater was more than perfect. Randy and Marion will do everything and more to make sure you have the perfect day.
