We fell in love with Cranberry Creek before we got engaged! It was an easy choice when the time came and everyone at Cranberry Creek was lovely to work with. Their packages are reasonably priced and all of the staff was great. We booked the package with food and DJ included and the staff was great with coordinating with our vendors and following up with different options. The staff provided all of the information needed throughout the process and the day went very smoothly! The venue is beautiful anytime of year (we had a fall wedding and it was beautiful). All of the spaces are well maintained, the barn has heaters which were super convenient for our chilly day, the chapel dance party with outdoor firepit was a great late night spot and our outdoor chapel ceremony made for beautiful photos! The venue coordinators, bar staff and others on site on the day were so kind and so helpful. We are so happy with how our day turned out!

This fairytale like venue was the perfect location for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone raved about how cute and interesting the spaces were and LOVED the catering by Devlins. Not only is Cranberry Creek Gardens absolutely stunning, but their staff were organized, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, we took comfort in knowing we were in the best hands, with everything handled seamlessly and executed to our dreams.

The staff were incredibly responsive to my few (many) emails and on the day were there with anything we needed (which wasn’t much tbh)or just helping things move along. Cranberry Creek is such a stunning wedding venue. From the adorable chapel & rustic barn to the beautiful gardens scattered around the property, this venue is a dream. When I first contacted Cranberry Creek in regards to booking a wedding with them they were unbelievably helpful and responsive. This helpfulness and responsiveness was incredible all the way until the day of the wedding. The online portal that they use is so great to keep everything organized and make sure that timelines are followed. Cranberry Creek works with some incredible vendors, which made our day so fantastic. Our DJ from Black Creek Music was awesome and the food provided from Devlins was delicious. The staff was always checking in with me and my husband to make sure that we were doing well which was fantastic.

Unfortunately Cranberry Creek seems to be very much “stuck in their ways”, they provide very limited time for set up and take down. They also don’t allow more then a few people to help set up, which makes it incredibly difficult to accomplish everything. I was specifically told to give them a diagram of where I would like my dessert, gift & welcome table to be in the barn (so they could set them up for us) and when my mother arrived to the venue all of these tables were in the wrong spot. When my mother approached the staff about tables they told her she wasn’t allowed to move them as they were “too heavy” therefor they were never moved. So why ask where I want the tables if you aren’t going to accommodate that?

We were also promised a welcome table for our ceremony and when my mother arrived it wasn’t there. At around 9-9:30 my mother went to go set up our decorations in the chapel (as it was raining outside) she was told she wasn’t allowed and that she had to wait. These are just a few of the things that made my mother’s morning very stressful. When I was leaving the venue one of the staff members approached me to apologize for the morning that my mother had but it didn’t seem like she acknowledged that they were in the wrong.

I also was not impressed with the attire of some of the staff from Cranberry Creek. One of them was wearing an extremely short skirt while the other was wear a crop top, it just didn’t seem very professional.

I am usually not the person to complain but I really wanted this to be a stress free day for everyone and it sucks that Cranberry Creek was not accommodating which caused unnecessary stress.

My wedding was still perfect in every way and the venue was gorgeous. But I wanted to make sure that anyone who reads this knows what they potentially will be walking into. Yes a beautiful venue and fantastic service leading up to the wedding but they definitely didn’t put my wishes first and that was upsetting.

We cannot say enough great things about working with Cranberry Creek for our wedding day. From initial consultations up to the big day everyone we interacted with was so kind and so friendly. Cranberry Creek is very well-organized and because of that the entire planning process was so easy and stress-free! With their all-inclusive package it really cut down on some of the stress of securing multiple additional vendors. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The gardens and kept beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the chapel and barn add wonderful character and uniqueness to your wedding day. We also stayed at the on-site inn during our wedding which provided additional ease on our wedding day due to the proximity to the venue and provided us a space to get ready in for our out-of-town group. We cannot recommend Cranberry Creek Gardens enough!

I saw Cranberry Creek on Instagram before getting engaged and I knew I wanted to get married there. It was a phenomenal experience they make everything so easy and comfortable, they take care of so much and what they provide is such high quality. I wouldn't change a thing, they made getting married far less stressful than I imagined. Plus the property is stunning!

My husband and I got married here on Sept 1, 2022 and it was so beautiful! Booked was very straight forward and everything was very organized. Leading up to the day, they have numerous forms for you to fill out to ensure that everything is exactly as expected and that everyone is on the same page. Their staff are extremely helpful and were involved in the set up and clean up process. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and ran so smoothly.

The one thing I will say is just to ensure that your contract directly relates to the day you booked, as our contract communicated 5 hours of open bar service, and we ended up getting less than that because our wedding was a Thursday and therefore had to finish at 11pm due to sound restrictions in the area (we knew about this part prior). We expected the bar to run during the dinner service, but it did not. This was just something that would have been nice to know! Since the bar wasn't open during dinner service we ended up having cocktail hour (5:15-6:15), and then the bar opened in the chapel from 8:30-11pm. So definitely less than 5 hours! When this was brought up to the staff during the event, and asked why the bar was not open, they simply said it would open in the chapel once guests moved over there, at this point there's really nothing you can do as a client. This wouldn't have prevented us from booking and by no means did it ruin the day, but when you're paying for open bar...you expect it to be open for the amount of time in your contract!
