We fell in love with Cranberry Creek before we got engaged! It was an easy choice when the time came and everyone at Cranberry Creek was lovely to work with. Their packages are reasonably priced and all of the staff was great. We booked the package with food and DJ included and the staff was great with coordinating with our vendors and following up with different options. The staff provided all of the information needed throughout the process and the day went very smoothly! The venue is beautiful anytime of year (we had a fall wedding and it was beautiful). All of the spaces are well maintained, the barn has heaters which were super convenient for our chilly day, the chapel dance party with outdoor firepit was a great late night spot and our outdoor chapel ceremony made for beautiful photos! The venue coordinators, bar staff and others on site on the day were so kind and so helpful. We are so happy with how our day turned out! -

Extremely happy we booked our wedding with Cranberry Creek. You couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque venue with staff that were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The staff were incredibly responsive to my few (many) emails and on the day were there with anything we needed (which wasn’t much tbh)or just helping things move along. Would highly recommend this venue again and again.

Cranberry Creek Gardens exceeded all expectations with their outstanding service throughout our wedding experience. The venue was breathtaking, and the staff were exceptional, attentive, and helpful every step of the way. Their very reasonable and affordable packages were the perfect choice. Highly recommend! -

Beautiful and Organized
We recently had our wedding at Cranberry Creek and the day could not have been more perfect! From our first contact with the venue to the actual day of the wedding, the staff were always very responsive, helpful, positive and organized. We got many compliments on the venue choice, how unique and beautiful it was, and how smoothly the day’s events moved from one place to another on the property. A special thank you to Michelle, Leanna, Haylie and Michael who kept things stress free and filled with fun! It would not have been the same without these helpful staff members. Highly recommend! -

Dreamy Wedding Venue
We had our wedding at Cranberry Creek and we were so happy with our day! We booked the salon and it was a great space for our hair and makeup team and back drop for our getting ready photos. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue, especially the outdoor bar/seating area and fire pit for the after dinner portion of the evening. Michelle and her team were lovely to work with and I would highly recommend Cranberry Creek to anyone looking for a romantic and dreamy venue. The barn and the chapel are both timeless. The gardens are stunning with all the flowers in full bloom. -

Gorgeous venue, talented vendors & Cranberry Creek’s amazing expertise
Thank you so much for everything! Our morning wedding was so beautiful and everything we could have imagined. Organizing and working with you was such a pleasure and your communication skills and speedy responses always reassured me that everything would work out. The wedding portal also made it so easy to plan all the details and your vendor recommendations were all amazing. We had such talented and amazing vendors to work with. Cranberry Creek is such a stunning wedding venue. From the adorable chapel & rustic barn to the beautiful gardens scattered around the property, this venue is a dream. When I first contacted Cranberry Creek in regards to booking a wedding with them they were unbelievably helpful and responsive. This helpfulness and responsiveness was incredible all the way until the day of the wedding. The online portal that they use is so great to keep everything organized and make sure that timelines are followed. Cranberry Creek works with some incredible vendors, which made our day so fantastic. Our DJ from Black Creek Music was awesome and the food provided from Devlins was delicious. The staff was always checking in with me and my husband to make sure that we were doing well which was fantastic.
Unfortunately Cranberry Creek seems to be very much “stuck in their ways”, they provide very limited time for set up and take down. They also don’t allow more then a few people to help set up, which makes it incredibly difficult to accomplish everything. I was specifically told to give them a diagram of where I would like my dessert, gift & welcome table to be in the barn (so they could set them up for us) and when my mother arrived to the venue all of these tables were in the wrong spot. When my mother approached the staff about tables they told her she wasn’t allowed to move them as they were “too heavy” therefor they were never moved. So why ask where I want the tables if you aren’t going to accommodate that?
We were also promised a welcome table for our ceremony and when my mother arrived it wasn’t there. At around 9-9:30 my mother went to go set up our decorations in the chapel (as it was raining outside) she was told she wasn’t allowed and that she had to wait. These are just a few of the things that made my mother’s morning very stressful. When I was leaving the venue one of the staff members approached me to apologize for the morning that my mother had but it didn’t seem like she acknowledged that they were in the wrong.
I also was not impressed with the attire of some of the staff from Cranberry Creek. One of them was wearing an extremely short skirt while the other was wear a crop top, it just didn’t seem very professional.
I am usually not the person to complain but I really wanted this to be a stress free day for everyone and it sucks that Cranberry Creek was not accommodating which caused unnecessary stress.
My wedding was still perfect in every way and the venue was gorgeous. But I wanted to make sure that anyone who reads this knows what they potentially will be walking into. Yes a beautiful venue and fantastic service leading up to the wedding but they definitely didn’t put my wishes first and that was upsetting.Cranberry Creek's reply:
Hey Emee! Thanks so much for the feedback, I'm so sorry you weren't 100% happy with your wedding! We try and be as flexible as we can on the day of and don't have limits on the number of people that can setup but I'm so sorry that we didn't meet (or exceed) your expectations of us.
Just want to send a bit of feedback to hopefully help understand why we do things the way we do, but completely understand that you weren't satisfied with setup and I'm very sorry for that!
When a ceremony is planned for outdoors we have 24 hour notice to switch to indoors which guarantees we'll have everything done nice and early (we schedule staff a bit earlier, stay a bit later the night before, etc.) - since we got that info at 8am we made it work of course but wasn't possible to begin setup that early unfortunately as cleaning and our setup for you was still happening until about 9.
The welcome table did need to be relocated as we had it on the wall next to the one you had requested, so sorry about that. Our staff was happy to move it on your mother's request but she said that she could move it 20 minutes later when her coworker arrived as they take two people to move. Before the other person arrived your mother had confirmed to leave it where it was so we did not move them. The placement of one other table would have blocked the catering doorway so was adjusted on the fly together. We really thought that everything was great that morning when setup was completed, I'm very sorry that it wasn't!
We had a number of tables over at the chapel that could have been used as a welcome table, normally for the chapel whoever was setting up would either grab the one that works the best or would ask us to move whichever one they chose if it was too heavy for them (our lightweight tables are over there) when they were setting up! Since we don't ask for a floorplan for the ceremony site that's something that's done on the day of since there are plenty of tables around that area available to use and we always have a venue manager onsite.
Again, I'm so sorry you were anything but 100% happy with the venue but we wish you all the best, our staff said your family and friends were such a great group and how lovely your mother was to work with in the morning as well!
