  Amazing venue

  Finding Hilltop as a venue was a dream! We felt so lucky to be able to book such a beautiful venue and from day one, everyone at Hilltop went above and beyond our expectations.
  
  The communication with Jennie was superb, always super quick, friendly, VERY accommodating and all of our questions were answered, no matter how many we had.
  
  We had to postpone our wedding from 2o21 to 2022 and the transition was easy.
  
  Hilltop is a stunning location and the grounds, reception tent, bridal suite and kitchen were in immaculate condition, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our special day.
  
  We loved everything that Hilltop had to offer, with being able to choose your location for your ceremony to having games available for our cocktail hour, to having a gorgeous tent for the reception.
  
  We HIGHLY recommend Hilltop as a venue. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to have our wedding here. Book Hilltop now!

  The Wedding Venue Gem of Sylvan Lake

  My husband and I were blessed enough to host our wedding here in summer of 2024. The venue is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location overlooking Sylvan Lake! The grounds are so well-maintained, and all of the buildings are clean and well-kept. Jennie, the manager was very organized and open to all of our wishes for our big day. We especially loved that the venue was dog friendly! We recommend Hilltop with all of our heart for weddings and all special events!

  June 1st Wedding

  Hilltop Wedding Center completely blew our minds from start to finish. Jennie, the sales manager gave us an amazing tour and even before hand answered all questions we had. After booking a date and leading up to our wedding she always answered our questions and guided us to different vendors. The two weeks our day, she would literally answer within minutes if I had any last minute clarifications.
  
  The venue truly is stunning from the view of the lake, to the bridal suite, to the AMAZING tent to our ceremony spot (pond). Every detail is thought about and the grounds are meticulously maintained. You truly do not need to bring much decor to this venue as the views, pretty tent, and grounds speak for themselves. My now husband had a great time the morning of golfing 9 holes with his groomsmen as the course is well maintained and it’s a super cool way to start of the day.
  
  The day of was a DREAM. The staff goes above and beyond to help you the day of, and it went truly seamlessly. People kept asking if I was having fun and my response was “best day ever - no notes!” Multiple people came to me throughout the night saying it was the best wedding they have ever been too and I am biased but would have to agree!
  
  Price wise, you truly get what you pay for. It’s a one stop shop for all tables, reception and ceremony chairs, linens, and a ceremony arch. They have the option now for add ons too (for a fair fee) such as a champagne wall. It was great not having to go through 20 other vendors or rental companies. Bartenders are also supplied by the venue and you can make this more standard or up the game with signature cocktails which is a great detail. It’s also great that we could bring our own booze in and just pay corkage.
  
  Overall, an AMAZING spot for our favourite day ever. Don’t miss out or sleep on this venue! You will not regret it.

  Beautiful Venue

  We recently got married at Hilltop (July 2023) and had the best experience! Not only is it a stunning venue, but Jennie and Jacelyn were fantastic to work with. All our guests loved the venue and were so impressed. It was so well maintained and had a lot of natural beauty that we didnt need to add a lot of extra decor to achieve what we were hoping for. The guests had fun playing the lawn games and overall had a great time. I loved that we had everything we needed at one spot, from getting ready to the ceremony, photos, to the party, our guests did not have to worry about transport and could just relax and enjoy. Jennie was wonderful, she was great at quickly getting back to us when we had questions and provided great vendor suggestions to get us started planning. Jacelyn was there to help us facilitate the day of the wedding and helped us pull off the wedding we had imagined.

  Beautiful Venue and Wonderful Staff

  Awesome Customer Service

  Even though we didn't hire this vendor they were one of the kindest people to talk to. They were very understanding of our needs and were very responsive when we reached out. From what we seen, it is a beautiful venue and would have been our second choice if our first venue didn't work out. Would definitely reccomend this to anyone looking for a natural outdoor venue :)

  Incredible

  This venue was my perfect rustic fairytale venue. Stacia and Jennie were wonderful and helpful. No little detail slipped and I hardly ever noticed them during the wedding but if I had a question they were very easy to reach.

  They made it the most magical day

  Hilltop ended up being the only vendor we could find during COVID with the availability we wanted for this pat summer, and we weren’t disappointed! We are so glad we found them as they made it the most magical day of our lives! From the gorgeous and spacious bridal suite to the beautiful views and fun on their golf course, to the magical lights strung up outside and inside, it was just perfect! They were so easy to work with and so helpful. We loved every moment of working with them. They really made our wedding dreams come true!

  Awesome wedding experience

  Loved the way this venue operates! They are super upfront about what you are paying for and don’t have any hidden fees. We had lots of young children at our wedding who loved that they could go out and play the lawn games during the reception when they couldn’t sit anymore. Really grateful that we got to do our wedding here.
