Celebrate one of the most special days of your life with family and friends in the beautiful facility of Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority in Lincoln, Ontario. This rustic, waterfront venue offers the ultimate setting for couples seeking a unique location to celebrate their dream wedding. Also, if you're planning your ceremony and reception at the same place, this venue is ideal for you.

Facilities and capacity

The chapel contains beautifully restored rustic and elegant wood tones. This vintage church can host 110 guests. The Glen Elgin room in Centre for Conservation is ideal for a reception. It can accommodate up to 150 guests. Couples have access to the beautiful patio. An indoor reception of 190 guests can also be held in the Big Barn. Couples can host their outdoor ceremony of up to 190 guests in this beautiful, natural setting.

Services offered

Wooden tables and black chiavari chairs are provided for the wedding. The setup of tables and chairs is done for the Centre for Conservation. Couples have the flexibility to bring their own vendors for event rentals, decorations, and catering.

Location

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is close to Pelham Centre. It is only 10 minutes from the Niagara Central Dorothy Rungeling Airport and 54 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

August 2024 Barn Reception and Outdoor Ceremony

A beautiful venue with a fantastic coordinator! Thank you Catherine for your professionalism and excellent communication! Working with you made having our wedding at Ball's Falls perfect. All our questions were answered and we put ay ease when the weather was potentially going to be stormy. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully maintained. If you have the option, I recommend getting the bridal suite It's picturesque and get to get ready in the day off. Again can't recommend Ball's falls and Catherine enough!

The Big Barn at Ball’s Falls was the perfect venue for our wedding! Catherine and her team were great to work with, offering us flexible times for viewing the venue and connected us to some amazing vendors that helped us with our big day! The expertise provided by this team is unmatched and they were able to answer all of the wedding questions for the months that we worked to plan. On the day-of their staff was on board, attentive, and provided awesome support throughout the entire event. We were able to comfortably hold over 160 guests in the Big Barn, and the lighting and set up was gorgeous and clean.

Best venue ever!

Incredible venue for our winery rustic elegance themed wedding! We used the Glen Elgin room and patio for June 17th. The space was beautiful (big part due to our decorator Joani Decor) but all the magic started with Balls Falls.
Their preferred vendor list was a huge help to start our planning process. Talking to Catherine from Balls Falls felt like I was speaking to a friend every time. She was so easy to work with!
We could not have been happier with the venue!

Beautiful Space in Nature!

I live near Balls Falls and have spent a lot of time there and gone to a lot of weddings there. We were in the Conservation building - Glen Elgin Room. It was a fantastic space and we got to make good use of the patio space too thanks to great weather. Coordinators worked with us on layout to make our vision come to life, and I could not have been more pleased with how it all came together. A little difficult to get a hold of coordinators in months leading up to wedding, but week of availability and assistance was excellent!

Beautiful Venue

Absolutely loved our venue! The scenery was beautiful and the patio outside the Glen Elgin room was the perfect touch for our ceremony, as well as lawn games and the s’mores bar during the reception. The warmth within the room made the whole thing feel like a dream

Beautiful Place, friendly staff

We decided to be married here because we loved hiking here, and wanted to share that with our family and friends. We called Catherine, and she was wonderful, informative, upfront, and wanted to set us up for a smooth day. She kept us up-to-date, and advised us really well when it came to some issues in planning. We had our ceremony outdoors, and our reception in the Glen-Elgin Room, which was air conditioned, has beautiful wood details, lots of windows and natural light and a private patio. Ball's Falls is beautiful at anytime of year, I would definitely recommend getting married there!

Amazing Venue and Customer Service

Catharine, is absolutely outstanding, working from home and responds from her personal cellphone, has all the answers immediately, doesn't give false hope but is insanely positive about 2020 weddings!
Catharine has gone above and beyond her job to fix other peoples mistakes and making my wedding happen and better than it would have been.
Balls falls staff has always been friendly but if you want a care free, beautiful wedding, with outstanding support and customer service go with balls falls

Stunning venue

We fell in pove with this venue the moment we saw it, and that was without any decorations. The space is amazing and a virtual blank slate for your vision. The staff we dealt with were all wonderful and always offered assistance. In the end, we - and all of our guests - loved the venue and atmosphere for our wedding.

Fantastic place to get married! Katherine is a dream to work with, and you really do get a whole experience! No-one at our wedding had ever been to Ball's Falls and were just blown away by the beauty and quaint little church. The barn is naturally a stunning experience. It just has a great charm!
