Located in Hamilton, Ontario, Oasis Country Retreat by Barb H. is a service provider that helps couples access little-known or unique private venues. Tested service providers include local caterers, DJs, officiants, decorators, set up teams, wait staff, bartenders, and tear down teams. Twenty years experience in the event plannng industry serving as few as ten to as many as 1200 guests has earned our team a reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction.

One of the most popular venues we serve is a rustic, gated Park with a shaded picnic area, an outdoor performance stage with hydro, and an adjacent paved patio capable of accommodating a tent for 100 people or more. There is a sunny meadow with a stream graced by old willows and a wooden bridge to the little consecrated chapel; an outdoor serving station, and a covered bbq pavilion. At dusk, the lights in the trees transform the outdoor space into a midsummer’s night dream. There is even a spot for a campfire. In case of poor weather or if you prefer an indoor dining and dancing experience, there is a large indoor space with tables and chairs, washrooms, large bar, plus a full commercial kitchen.
