    Disaster Wedding coordinator

    Very unprofessional. Started out with a very nice lady, but she unfortunately left the company. She was the reason the were a 10/10 through and through. Now the only good thing about the HCO is that it is beautiful. Event planning staff have no experience and seem to be making it up as he goes with more and more disappointment. I would not suggest this venue to ANY up comming brides. I do not want you to go through what I had to go through.

    Most perfect venue

    We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. Megan was so wonderful through the whole process especially with all the changes due to covid. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. Thank you for all that you did!

    Beautiful wedding space!

    The Gardens at HCP is absolutely beautiful! Perfect setting for a wedding! We had to cancel our big wedding due to Covid, and they were so kind to offer us a special deal for our small elopement. We had a short ceremony in the Zen Garden with a few close friends, and took photos around rest of the gardens afterwards. Megan, the event coordinator, was so kind and helpful. They really helped make our day perfect.

    Wedding 2018 Gardens at HCP

    Our experience with Megan and the Gardens at HCP was nothing but amazing. Not only was the venue stunning but Megan took care of absolutely every worry or need. It was effortless carrying out our wedding at the Gardens and would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

    The most beautiful venue and exceptional service

    We had our wedding ceremony at The Gardens at HCP in May 2019 and it was absolutely incredible. The setting is so beautiful! The event manager Megan was so helpful and supportive of our ideas. She was always available to answer questions and provide advice. We were so happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend HCP to anyone planning a wedding.

    An excellent venue at a fair price!

    For an all-in-one location (wedding and reception) the Gardens at HCP was incredible.

    We went the do-it-yourself route with wedding planning and Megan was invaluable in ensuring that the wedding went smoothly.

    The Gardens were fabulous for our photos, and the reception building and patio for the ceremony were great. We even had a plan to use the reception building (in the event of poor weather) and I’m sure it would have been fantastic as well.

    Individual care and personalized treatment

    Took time and care to ensure that all of our needs were met, made suggestions from prior experiences, and even answered questions that we never considered.

    The gardens were beautiful, the venue provides a variety of resources, and the staff were very friendly and professional!

    Beautiful venue. Standard setting service

    We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Coordinator Megan Stacey is professional and personable and a definite attribute to the HCP community. We went with a morning/daytime booking which was offered at a discounted rate.

    The garden is also a teaching space for students at the local landscaping school, and we were drawn to the idea of it being a space where people can learn about horticulture and nature.

    Added bonus - We met our wedding commissioner, David Peck, during our initial visit bc he volunteers there on Fridays.

    An abundance of accolades from us to Megan and the staff at HCP! Highly recommended!

    HCP 5 Stars!!

    My husband and I got married at the HCP, and we are so glad we did! Our original plan was to have the ceremony outdoors, but Megan made sure we had multiple weather permitting options! It rained down cats and dogs, but no worries, Megan had us all set for a beautiful ceremony inside the pavilion! Once the rain had slowed down, the wedding party was able to roam the gardens for photos! And because we had an off-season wedding, we had the whole place to ourselves! Guests were "wowed" at the absolute natural beauty of the venue! Very minimal decorations needed!!! We would definitely recommend the HCP for anyone looking to get married!

    Beautiful and versatile wedding location!

    We recently had our wedding here, and it was absolutely perfect. The gardens and pavilion are so lovely, and the Event Coordinator Megan was fantastic to work with. She was helpful and thoughtful in responding to our planning questions, and was present on our wedding day to ensure everything went smoothly. We had initially planned an outdoor ceremony, but made a last-minute switch to hold our ceremony indoors at the pavilion due to rainy weather. Megan was a lifesaver in making sure everything was in place for our new ceremony location, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. We had an absolutely wonderful time!
