Jon and Sarah were unbelievably responsive and professional. They worked with me after changing my photo design idea multipleeee times and were flexible with last minute changes without any hesitation. The photo booth was an absolute hit at the wedding! Everyone loved it and used it from the moment it was setup. We received so many compliments about it. The quality of the photos were 10/10 and the online album fully accessible to everyone makes it even better, allowing us to see all of our friends and family the next day. Can't say enough good things truly.

Jon and Sarah recently provided their services to our wedding on September 17th and their Photo Booth was certainly the star of our Cocktail Reception! Our guests had an amazing time, and Johanne and I joined in on the fun as well, and we are simply overjoyed with the pictures and the album with comments that Jon prepared for us to capture the evening. Jon and Sarah didn't know this when we booked them, but they totally saved our butts! Our initial plans for a photo booth vendor weren't working out, so with less than a month to our wedding, we scrambled to find someone else. I happened across Photo Booth Niagara's site via a Google search, and I thank my lucky stars that I did.

Within 36 hours of me filling out a contact form on their website, they had replied with clear and detailed answers to all my questions, set up and conducted a Skype chat with so that we could "meet" them and see their equipment and props, set up a visit to our venue to check the set-up, and sent us a clearly laid out contract for what their services would entail. In another 2 days, they not only went to our venue, but also took photos showing where and how the booth would be set up, and provided their guidance on the type of backdrop that would work best. They are true professionals -- I was blown away!

Of course, their hard work didn't stop there. They brought creative and fun props to our wedding, were super personable in engaging with our guests, and designed a great custom photo-strip for our guests to take home. Everyone found the Magic Mirror type of booth to be really entertaining. Everything with these 2 was super easy and went off without a hitch -- I really felt like they cared about making sure we and our guests had a great experience. Jon and Sarah: thank you for being so awesome! For people looking to hire a photo booth provider: pick these guys, you won't regret it! MY only regret is that I didn't hire them right from the start!
