The story of our wedding
Brendan and I have been waiting since 2020 to tie the knot, between COVID and illness we had to push the wedding 3 times before we finally got to have our special day on July 9th, 2022. It was well worth the wait! We got married at Rocking R Guest Ranch and couldn't be happier with the venue and the service! Ryan and Kara (the owners) went out of their way to make sure we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. You can tell that they truly care about the couples getting married at their venue and have a way of putting you at ease! They took care of all of the details throughout the day and made sure everything ran smoothly!
Before our ceremony we did a first look! It was such a special moment that I will remember forever! After the big reveal, we got photos with some horses that we could book through the venue. They gave our photos an extra something and they turned out gorgeous!
Our ceremony was straight out of a fairytale. Walking down the aisle was everything I ever imagined and more! I emerged from sliding barn doors with my father by my side and made my way down the aisle, with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, it was seriously magical!
Continue reading »Our reception started off with delicious food from the catering company Wildfire BBQ and Catering. We got so many compliments on the dinner! We had smoked chicken and brisket with a bunch of different sides! After dinner, we listened to some amazing speeches from our friends and family and followed that with a night full of dancing!
It was the most amazing day/evening and it was SO worth the wait!
