The story of our wedding

Our wedding was the perfect day! We spent the weekend in a place that holds lots of wonderful memories for us, with all of our closest friends & family. We started off with an outdoor movie night the night before, and the day of the wedding went smoothly.

Our family decorated the ceremony and reception area with all of the thrifted decorations we'd been collecting for months and it was truly Pinterest-worthy! The ceremony looked out onto the ocean and our officiant crafted a script that was more than perfect for the two of us.

The reception was filled with speeches (we did open-mic speeches which went WAY better than you'd think it would), delicious food we were able to customize to our taste & budget, and an evening of dancing, drinking, and laughter. We partied into the night and when the venue closed we gathered in the cool winter air for a midnight bonfire & afterparty.

Everyone headed back to the cabins they rented on site and the rest of the weekend was filled with quality time with those we love the most. I'm still not over how smoothly & amazingly everything went!
