The story of our wedding

It all started when Colin asked me to marry him on our trip back home to visit family and friends. After months of planning and thinking of a location for our wedding, we decided to do it where we took our first trip as a couple. In the beautiful mountains of Canmore is where we we're going to get married. After much research and visiting venues, we decided on Canmore Nordic Centre for it's beautiful outdoor ceremony locations and mountain views from their floor to ceiling windows in their banquet room. The best part of any wedding planning has got to be the food and cake tasting, although making a decision on flavours and food to serve is not an easy task. There was definetely some highs and some lows, as I think there always is, but my husband and I worked as a team to make our day special. From creating seating charts , to making the music list, to creating a ceremony script and building an arch, we did it together.
