The story of our wedding

On Friday, August 2nd, my husband (😍 I get to call him that now!) and I went to Cambridge City Hall and got married in a simple ceremony with our grandparents, parents, siblings and witnesses. Having a small ceremony was important to us because our marriage is about us, for us, and not for other people. Our photographer, SyddHoll Photography, was able to capture some really beautiful pictures there, and despite being a City Hall wedding, it all felt just as magical as any wedding I've attended. We then held a reception on Saturday at the Elm Hurst Inn and Spa. We LOVED splitting the events up because we got to relax the day before our reception – my husband got a massage at the Spa and our room was absolutely gorgeous! We got dressed early and our photographer captured some GORGEOUS photos of us on the Elm Hurst grounds. The Carriage House was big and beautiful and made for an amazing venue for our small reception, our guests could sneak away from the busy dance floor to play pool upstairs or downstairs. Our wedding was perfect.
