The story of our wedding
An intimate, family-only ceremony followed by 60 extended family members and friends joining us for dinner and dance in a rustic, 1900's barn in the heart of the city. We decided to forgo the typical wedding rituals of cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, speeches, dance with the parents and wedding favours. Instead, we let everyone know after dinner they were able to relax and enjoy themselves. The night went into the wee hours of the morning with everyone on the dance floor by the end of the night. Everyone commented on the location, saying it felt like a small town wedding, which was the best compliment of the night. Also, we ran out of beer and tequila it was such a great night!
