The story of our wedding
Darcy and Mary are highschool sweethearts that got engaged in January 2017. Married October 19, 2019, at Whistle Bear Golf Club in Cambridge, Ontario, they wanted to make their wedding both personalized, and fun for their guests. They lucked out with the October weather and ended up having a lovely sunny wedding day complete with beautiful fall leaves. They arrived at the venue by separate trips in a vintage Volkswagen van. They then had a first look before their ceremony in the outdoor chapel, where Mary's brother played the bagpipes as they left down the aisle. The reception was held in the Rose Room, where everyone enjoyed speeches, great food, drinks, and dancing.
