The story of our wedding

Derek and I had a winter wonderland wedding in December. We didn’t get snow but we had a beautiful crisp winter day, it had a few sprinkles but they helped our photographer capture some amazing photos! Our ceremony was held in Queen Elizabeth Park Celebration Pavilion - this venue was amazing as it’s covered and heated but has opening walls that offer a gorgeous natural background. We took photos in the park and then in Granville Island with some amazing lights. Our reception was at Waterview events centre which has glass walls that allow you to look at the Granville St bridge and Granville Island. The boats in the water look spectacular at night. We had an amazing day and we’re so lucky to have shared it with our incredible family and friends!
