The story of our wedding

Our Victorian themed wedding at Westfield Heritage village was full of antiques, handmade items and love, with a few modern touches! Guests rode in a beautiful horse and carriage to our simple ceremony in the village's Victorian church. For our reception in the Ironwood Hall we begged and borrowed unique antique items from family and friends for our centerpieces, each of which represented a different building or place in the village. The Blacksmith Shop was the coolest table, with an authentic anvil! Our seating chart was displayed on an antiqued door, decorated with vintage and antique china dinner plates, to fit with our folksy village theme. Crafts and handmade touches were found in every corner, from our bar menu on vintage windows to the homemade shortbread hearts that were our favours.
