The story of our wedding

This day still feels so surreal! Our day went from a planned elopement with just us two, to only inviting witnesses, to inviting more and more people, having some of our closest friends join us and we are so glad – they made it so perfect!

It went so much better than we imagined it would! Our morning started out by sleeping in. Kyle surprised me with my fav dessert for breaky before I headed off to get my hair and makeup done! They all went biking around Banff and for breaky while I did that. Once I was done we all started getting ready for the big moment! During the ceremony at Tunnel Mountain Reservoir, we had all seasons possible – something we will never forget...

Hail, snow, rain and beautiful sunshine! And we both cried - a lot!

After pictures we all went back to the hotel to chill for a few hours before dinner...we all got so hungry we decided to do the cake at the hotel.

When 6pm came around, we walked from the hotel to downtown Banff to enjoy dinner, bowling and ending the night getting pizza at a local pizza place on our walk back to the hotel! Everyone was #HowellinForCopeland
