Our wedding day was an unforgettable celebration of love, laughter, and delightful surprises, starting with Laurence's heartfelt proposal at our home. It was a private moment, without grand gestures, but the depth of emotion and sincerity made it incredibly special. When Laurence asked me to marry him after 10 years together, it was pure joy and excitement.

As we began planning our wedding, we were determined to create an atmosphere that reflected our personalities and style. We settled on a "night garden" theme, which perfectly blended the mystical darkness with twinkling lights, gold stars, and moons. With the tireless efforts of our family and friends, our apartment building's event space was transformed into a magical setting.

The day itself was a whirlwind of activities, with my family staying over and helping with last-minute preparations. From coordinating vendors to setting up the space, every detail fell into place. Our furry friends, Mimi and Chebeto, added their charm and warmth to the ceremony. Mimi, our dog who is like our child, was in a matching dress and tried to protect me during Laurence's kisses, while Chebeto, our former foster dog, was the surprise ring bearer.
