The story of our wedding

Planning our wedding was quite a stressful process especially as we were getting married in my hometown in Kelowna and were living at the time in Calgary. Having to call and e-mail all of our vendors was a little stressful as most people can go and meet with them in person. My parents were heavily involved and I’m so thankful that they could help with meeting different people. We decided to use WeddingWire for our website and also keep track of our guests.

On the day of the wedding, it was something I’ll never forget. The Bride (me) woke up early to just take everything in and I’m so glad I did. I still did all of my regular routines: coffee, shower, breakfast etc. Then my girls started arriving and it really hit that Today was the day I was going to be a bride.

All of our vendors were amazing and I’m so thankful that we chose each and everyone of them.

When the day was over my husband and I got to our hotel and we couldn’t sleep as we just wanted to talk about the entire day and take it all in of what happened and that we were now husband and wife.
