The story of our wedding

We had quite a short engagement (5 months), but when you know, you know, am I right? The planning was stressful to say the least, plus, we had other things to contend with - dating long distance, planning a wedding long distance, quitting my job to move to where my husband lives, finding an apartment long distance, you get the picture. But, when our wedding day finally came, all of that stress and work was out of our minds and we focused completely on having an amazing day with our closest family and friends. It poured rain on Friday and poured rain on Sunday. However, on our wedding day, we had rays of sunshine beaming down on us and summer-like weather. We were smiling inside and out, and not just because we had to for the camera. We danced for hours on end and we as the bride and groom even ate our dinner. We would not let nerves get in the way of enjoying our perfect day. Months later, our guests are still talking about how fun our wedding was. No amount of stress and planning could ever replace the joy we had and still have from our wedding day. Here’s to happily ever after!
