The story of our wedding

Richard and I met when he was 14 and I was 16. We dated for a few years but we were both young. Richard lived in Stratford Ontario and I lived in Toronto so it was hard being teenagers to travel the distance. Over the years we remained friends. My brother would run into him at a night club and give him my number or my sister would run into him at the mall and give him my number.

We both married other people but Richard's marriage only lasted a couple of years while I had children and stayed the course until the kids were grown. Once the kids were grown, my marriage ended.

Richard's sister and I kept in touch. I called her one day and we chatted for a bit then she asked if I had spoken to her brother recently. I said I'm frustrated because I hadn't spoken to him in a while. She told me he was single, I didn't know this, but as soon as we hung up she called and asked him the same thing. He told her he didn't even have my number. Well she gave it to him told him to call and the rest is history.
