The story of our wedding

We eloped at Lake Minnewanka, Banff with our closest friends by our side. Our best friend applied to be a one time wedding commissioner and officiated our outdoor ceremony. Our first look was outside Tunnel Mountain Resort. The best man joined me for the first look in an inflatable dinosaur costume and our photographer tricked Robbie into thinking it was me approaching him from behind in my wedding dress. But instead a dinosaur tapped him on the shoulder. After the first look we headed to Lake Minnewanka for the ceremony. August 3, 2022 was our 10 year dating anniversary so we not only got married but celebrated 10 whole years together. Christina Free Music (Calgary) played violin during our ceremony and while we got photos done. She played Canon in D while I walked down the aisle, and Fly Me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra for our first dance. After the ceremony we had dinner at the Maple Leaf in Banff. The lobster risotto & Alberta Cowboy steak was absolutely exceptional. Please note that more professional photos will be ready once we receive our gallery.
