The story of our wedding

Wow! Where do I begin, we had the most perfect day imaginable at Roseville Estate three years after our engagement in 2019.

In 2019, my husband surprised me and took me to the airport where we flew to NYC for the night. He proposed in Central Park and it was the best night of my life!

We had to postpone the wedding from 2021, which we know was an awful experience for most but we were so lucky with our venue. They were so understanding and flexible throughout the pandemic, and made the transition to a new date so easy for us.

We had a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding at Beertown, which was right beside the hotel we booked (Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre). We started the day at 9am and the girls began getting ready. The boys swam and played games all day! They provide lunch, champagne and beer while everyone is getting ready. We had a shuttle take the guests from the hotel to the venue.

Having the ceremony and reception all in one place makes the day go so much smoother, we had so much time for pictures. We used their regular decorator/florist, Special Events and Flowers (Lynne), who was absolutely amazing. She took care of everything! She was there the day of (which is a must) so the day was completely stress free. I was pretty easy going with the decor choices and let Lynne take the reins, and I'm so glad I did. She did a fantastic job, everyone was so impressed.
