The story of our wedding
Our big ballroom plans were drastically changed when COVID-19 hit. It was an absolute blessing in disguise. We had our bridal party and immediate family in our backyard, and with the money we saved on the guest count and venue, we were able to completely transform our backyard to the venue of our dreams! In the days leading up to the wedding, the air quality in our area was worsening due to forest fires across the border. On our wedding day, the air quality had improved and the smoke made for some beautiful photos. As a traditional bride, it was hard to let go of my big dream wedding. But the day went so smoothly, It was personal, romantic, and SO much fun! Looking back we could not have pictured a better day!
