The story of our wedding

Planning and experiencing a pandemic wedding was not what I would have ever expected but it all turned out so beautifully. We got engaged March 21, 2020 and planned a wedding for June 12, 2021, but because of the state that the world was in and the restrictions that were in place we had to cancel a few short weeks before the wedding. We ended up getting married anyway with a few close family and friends and postponed the celebration for September 4, 2021.

Fortunately all of our vendors were very flexible and make things work for us. Everything turned out amazing in September. We had the perfect outfits, flowers, meal, favours, music and everyone had a blast.

This website was so helpful to me along the way. I was able to connect with other brides in my area and with brides that were also trying to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. I hope everything turned out as amazing for all of them as it did for us. We are so happy to be married and thankful to this website for all the great planning assistance and tools.
