The story of our wedding

My husband and I first met in Jr. High School in my hometown of Nelson B.C. Around 15 years later we reconnected and have been together ever since. Deciding on a location for our wedding was easy. We wanted to get married in the city where we first met. Our vision was a rustic yet chic wedding that incorporated lots of greenery. We chose a venue that had both outdoor and indoor options. Our ceremony took place outdoors in a lush field with the reception following inside a beautiful greenhouse. I handmade 90% of the decorations and wedding favours so that our wedding had a personal touch. We decided to have a casual evening, therefore we had an appy style dinner. Everything turned out better than I could have expected!! We danced the night away with our friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a better day!.
