The story of our wedding
Our wedding day was organized by the three Fs: family, fun, and football! We kept our ceremony traditional by having it in the church I grew up in, with 75 of our closest friends and family. Plus we had many family members help out during the service; our mothers read the scripture, and our godmothers helped light our unity candle.
We both share a love of football, so we had to include that in our reception! Football was (tastefully) everywhere, from our "Gronk Spike-d Lemonade", to our football team dinner tables, our football sign guestbook, and our football toss and pompom toss (instead of garters and bouquets). We even sent an invite to Tom Brady, albeit with no reply.
Another passion of ours is swing dancing, which was another big part of our day. The more songs our guests could dance to, the better! And of course our first dance had to be just as EPIC as the Super Bowl halftime show!
Overall, our wedding was beautiful, romantic, and awesome! It was the best representation of us as a couple.
