The story of our wedding

We got married at the Beachhouse Restaurant in Victoria, BC. The ceremony took place on the beach and the reception followed at the Beachhouse Restaurant overlooking the ocean. The staff at the Beachhouse took care of every detail from the start and stop of the ceremony music, the slideshow at reception and they even came and brought the children a special kids menu of food when they weren't eating the buffet food. The kids were given chicken fingers and pizza which was so amazing of the staff to think of them. We had a buffet dinner that was absolutely delicious! Everyone was talking about the food and could not say enough. The ceremony was performed by Sherry Lynne Easthom who was friendly and funny and walked us through our nerves. She was so helpful and walked us through a customized ceremony. The weather was beautiful and the perfect temperature between sunny, not too hot and not too cold. We had the pleasure of having Jesse Hlady Studios take our beautiful photos. Jesse and Lee were absolutely amazing. They were able to capture our special day and I can't thank them enough! The guys wore custom grey suits by Moore's and the girls wore blush pink dresses from Bliss Bridal in Nanaimo. The flowers were from Kenmar Farms which were stunning and affordable. Marian delivered the flowers to the event and did a fabulous job. The cake was a gluten-free and dairy-free cake by Cake by Taryn who also made 100 cupcakes. They did not last long... delicious! Finally the music kept the dance floor hopping all night and was DJed by Brian Joinson. Everyone was on the dance floor and had the best time. I'm sure I'm missing a detail or two but I honestly can't thank everyone enough for the life and support we received.
