The team at Ancaster Mill was phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and very professional. From the moment we arrived to when the last guest left everything we needed was taken care of. Wedding Review!
We had our wedding at the Ancaster Mill on October 25, 2024 and we cannot say enough positive things about this place. From the moment we first made contact with the Mill we were supported in every way imaginable. Everything ran so smoothly on the day off and they will provide you with a maître de and a concierge that will literally be with you ALL day long. Anything that needs to be dealt with they are on it. We cannot say enough positive things about our maître de, Lily and our events consultant, Katelynn and everyone else in between that made the day memorable. They even provided us with a gift which was so kind of them. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the food and the beauty of this venue. If we were to get married again it wouldn’t even be a question about where we would pick, we would pick this venue over and over again. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding day so special! -

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Ancaster Mill in August 2024. From the moment we stepped into Ancaster Mill we knew we found our venue, the beautiful gardens, the waterfall and the overall ambiance were breathtaking. Initially we wanted an outdoor ceremony but the moment we stepped into the Millers chapel we fell in love with how gorgeous the space was. Our reception room was a dream, from the 360 view to the beautiful chandeliers, this venue captured the exact vibe we wanted for our wedding. Emily was our special events consultant she was amazing to work with. She was friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. Emily guided us so well with the small details, not to mention prompt in responding to my emails, she helped us bring everything together. The day of Concierge Alayna was there to help us from the second we pulled up to the venue she had the excitement and positive energy I so needed (because I was a ball of nerves). Her bubbly personality made everyone felt comfortable. I appreciated her attention to the small details, she had me feeling like a princess. She made it a point to see that I was hydrated and fed!! She even bustled my gown like a pro. Alayna was a Rock Star!! I am grateful I had her cheering us on, on our special day. It’s clear she loves what she does. The entire Day Of team was absolutely amazing!! The food from the kitchen was amazing, we had guest praising how delicious everything was. I helped plan my sister Kara’s wedding at the Mill (and also had my own bridal shower there). 5 stars all around.
Nycole was the event coordinator and was A++ - professional, warm, lovely and easy to communicate with. Elena was the day of wedding coordinator and she was the best - she was attentive, accommodating and had the sunniest disposition. Both Nycole and Elena were a true pleasure to work with, absolute shining stars.
The venue itself is unmatched. Gorgeous grounds and event rooms. The food was spectacular - and it’s hard to get good prime rib these days! Additional mentions to the officiant of the Chapel and even the shuttle driver - both lovely gentlemen. Would recommend without hesitation.Ancaster Mill's reply:

Romantic Venue, Amazing Staff
My husband and I got married at the Ancaster Mill in December 2022 and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The mill team, especially Megan, made everything so easy. They were very adaptable and receptive to feedback.
Other than wanting a stunning venue for the winter, we were dedicated to finding a kitchen that could handle dietary restrictions. I and several of our family members have celiac disease and cannot have gluten. Our entire wedding reception was gluten free, and it was delicious! The custom appetizers were particularly amazing.
I will also throw in here that we did our first look at the barracks inn next door and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Annemarie and I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Emily and her incredible team for making our wedding day unforgettable.
The entire event was flawlessly organized, and we’re still in awe of how smoothly everything went. A special shoutout to Helen (Mother of the Bride), who has notoriously high expectations—your team exceeded them all, and our whole family agrees!
The thoughtful gift were a delightful surprise and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. Your partnership with Peter, the photographer, was fantastic—he captured every moment beautifully.
We can’t praise Sash and Maria enough, along with the amazing service from the servers, chefs, bartender, and all the staff. A special thank you for accommodating our request to have Sash as our right-hand woman that day—she was outstanding! Honestly, Sash deserves a raise—she’s that good!
Not a single complaint from our guests—everyone loved the food and the venue. It was a perfect day, right down to the weather. We’re so grateful for the professionalism and dedication of your entire team. Annemarie, the bridge, specifically said that the day was perfect and if anything did in fact go wrong in the day, she had no idea about it - this is amazing feedback as the bride shouldn't have to worry about anything and on our day, she didn't have to thanks to you all - I truly appreciate this.
Annemarie and I wholeheartedly recommend Emily, the wonderful office staff, the exceptional food, and the top-notch service to anyone who will listen. Beautiful Chapel and Amazing Consultants
When my then-fiance and I visited Ancaster Mill in July 2023, we fell in love with the beautiful chapel and landscape scenery of the mill. We knew we wanted to get married there. Amazingly, Ancaster Mill allows for ceremony-only events on Friday and Saturday mornings, with an hour of photography on their grounds after the ceremony (their reception menus/rooms weren't quite what my husband and I were looking for, unfortunately). We jumped at the chance and it was an amazing decision.
We remotely worked with Nycole and subsequently Emily as our coordinators leading up to our big day in July 2024. Communication was decent - emails were sometimes a bit sparse, but calling in-person helped a lot. You might end up speaking to a different consultant, but they all had access to your wedding file, which organized things for the most part. They were very accommodating in allowing us to increase our ceremony time, and they were always cordial and professional in their communication with us.
The rehearsal and day-of was an absolute DREAM. We had Kiana as our day-of consultant and guide, and she was amazing at guiding us through the rehearsal as well as setting up the flow and timeline for our big day. My nerves finally settled after meeting and talking to Kiana on rehearsal day. She was our point of contact for the day-of, as well as our guide on the grounds for our photography session after our ceremony. She was an absolute dream to work with and made the day flow so incredibly smoothly! Thank you Kiana!!
Just for some context, I am a huge planner who needs to know the schedule and order of things, my wedding especially. I think my only “complaint” is that in terms of prep materials, not much was given aside from our wedding contract (which only outlined general timelines and notes). I had prepared a ceremony schedule and timeline for myself to organize the flow, and we didn’t confirm a lot of the details with Ancaster Mill until the day of the rehearsal. I think it may have benefitted us a lot if Ancaster Mill provided planning forms for us to fill out ahead of time, however (as I mentioned above), Kiana was the absolute MVP and took care of everything on the day of the rehearsal.
Overall, an amazing experience. It was a beautiful and unforgettable day for my husband and I, and we have no regrets in choosing Ancaster Mill for our ceremony venue. -

We recently got married at Ancaster Mill and had the most magical experience. The venue itself is stunning with lots of natural elements like a waterfall, forest, gazebo and flowers, but it also has a very picturesque indoor space. During the planning process, we had a dedicated Special Consultant who helped us think through all the details. On the day of, the Concierge was super thoughtful and made sure everything went smoothly - this allowed us to be completely present.
The food was incredible (we got so many compliments on the prime rib) and everything went off without a hitch. We couldn't be happier that we chose Ancaster Mill for our special day!Ancaster Mill's reply:

My fiancé and I recently booked Ancaster Mill for our wedding and we could not be more excited! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the team is super friendly, helpful, and pleasant to be around! They were semi flexible for cultural differences when it comes to the reception but not flexible enough for us to be able to serve our guests different options during the reception time (they did try their best to help with this). Overall, Ancaster Mill is quite pricey during the peak months but we know we will have such a beautiful wedding, we cannot wait!! Incredible venueAncaster Mill's reply:
