Lainey and the rest of the team at L'Abattoir went above and beyond for our wedding. We held our ceremony and reception there in May 2023 and everything was just perfect. From the day we viewed the venue, until we left the reception, the staff treated us with a professionalism and kindness that went above and beyond. Not only did they help us organize our day, but they were just as excited for us to walk down the aisle as we were. Our guests raved about the space, and several mentioned that it was the best meal they've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an intimate wedding. -

My husband and I had our wedding there November 2023 and we were floored by how phenomenal every bit of it was.
Working with Lainey and Emma was a dream! Emma was kind and so knowledgeable on everything. She truly made the day run smoothly. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married!!
Our guests raved and still do about the food. We did the family style and it was perfect for all 38 of us and we still had food left over!
The service was impeccable!
The venue was gorgeous!
It has a rustic/classy feeling to it. Very intimate!
We put together our wedding fairly quickly too and not one thing... -

Best place you can get married in Vancouver
This place is amazing. The staff are amazing. The food was amazing. The venue is absolutely amazing. I couldn't be any happier with the way everything went. They're very accommodating of all my needs. Anything I needed? They were willing to help me the whole way through the process. And they take care of everything for you.The food was some of the best food I've ever had in my life.We couldn't be any happier.And I would recommend this place to everyone who's looking to get married.Because there's no better more affordable place to get married anywhere in british columbia -

Where do I even start... Everything about L'Abattoir was exceptional. Communication during the planning phase was excellent, Lainey was so great and easy to work with. Tasha handled our rehearsal and was just great to work with. She explained how the evening would play out, gave us pointers to help make our ceremony even better. Emma was there on our wedding day and was so awesome to deal with. She made sure all guest were well looked after and helped our day go according to plan. THE FOOD!!! Not enough good things to say about the food. All of our guests loved it which made us so happy. This venue allowed us to live out our intimate wedding dreams consisting of love, family, and good food. An excellent experience from start to finish. -

We are had our reception at L’Abattoir in October 2024. Our entire experience working with them was seamless. They were very responsive, easy to work with and so accommodating to any requests we had. The venue itself is beautiful and it’s so nice that you get a private building separate from the main restaurant. The night of the wedding went perfectly. The staff were so lovely, the service was impeccable and the food was some of the best we’ve ever had. The cocktails were also amazing! I truly could not recommend them enough, we were so impressed! -

We had an outstanding experience at L'Abattoir and would recommend it to any couple for their intimate wedding experience. The entire planning process was so smooth that we felt extremely confident and prepared going into our special day. We really appreciated that they were even able to setup our minimal decor for us. On the day of, the staff were extremely friendly, professional and provided a very personalized experience for our guests, ensuring that their glasses were always full. We would be remiss not to mention the food, it was a meal to remember and we loved with family style getting to try so much. -

We just had our ceremony and reception at L’abattoir , it was the most magical night . The team was amazing to deal with and made us feel so comfortable. The detail to service was so great and the food was so delicious. Lainey and Emma are amazing to deal with and really make you feel special throughout everything. Our family loved it so much. We can’t thank the team enough for making our day so perfect
