Located in downtown Toronto, Peter Pan Bistro is a boutique private wedding venue within an heritage building, built in the 1890's. The space indoors has been fully renovated to provide contemporary features while keeping its antique charm and adornments. They look forward to every chance they have to host such an important celebration.

Facilities & Capacities

Our 2nd floor event space is made up of 3 rooms which can open up to create one large space.

We can accomodate up to 85 seated (with use of rental chairs), and 100 standing indoors.

With use of the 2nd floor terrace, we can accomodate up to 120 standing.

Our Peter room has a capacity of 20 seated, or 35 standing.

Our Queen room has a capacity of 24 seated, or 45 standing.

Our Soho room has a capacity of 16 seated, or 20 standing.

Our Peter room leads to our second floor terrace - available to add to your booking.

Our venue is attached to our main floor restaurant, which is available to add to your booking for events which require transitions of the space. Our event co-ordinators are happy to rovide you with a quote & outline the flow of events to show you the various ways our space can be used!

Services Offered

Our venue provides in house service and bar staff to take care of your guests throughout the event. We will provide all the glassware, cutlery, plateware, and kitchen equipment needed. We own 10 high top tables (2ft x 2ft), 5 rectangular shaped tables (7ft x 3ft), and 2 60" round tables which can seat 8 guests per table, or 10 with rental chairs.

We have additional smaller tables which can be used for gifts, registrations, DJ's, or sweetheart tables depending on the event requirements.

We offer all food and beverages from our in house food & beverage program. Our food menus offer various options & price points which will allow you to offer serices tailored to your events needs.

Our beverage menus have various price point options for wines which are ordered from our in house wine director, as well as options to provide host bars (all covered on the host bill), open bars (a set fee for guests to drink freely from the host bill), or cash bars (drink tickets can be offered as well).

Cuisine & Beverages

With a nod to our foundation of British and French culinary principles, their delectable offerings bring a refreshing update to classic and traditional dining. They leave out what is not necessary and infuse bold and new elements while still paying homage to historic European cuisine and solidifying their presence in the modern Canadian food scene.

Their catering services consist of a wide range of options which are buffet, cocktail reception, 3 course menus (starters, mains & desserts), family style, hors d'oeuvres, plated and stations. Additional options are the use of servers, an outside cake and tastings. Bar is charged on consumption and can be open, cash or limited and include:
