  Hidden Gem

  We were looking for an intimate wedding venue in the heart of Toronto and we found it! Megan our planner from PPB was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. The space has a back patio with retractable roof (incase of rain) and gorgeous stain-glass windows.
  Brunch was incredible and they accommodated all of our guests dietary needs.
  From the wait staff, space, and value it really made our day so special.

  Magical wedding day!

  We had our wedding at Peter Pan this week (July 22nd, 2023), and it was the perfect romantic, urban setting for our intimate guest list of 60 people! We loved that we were able to make use of all of the different rooms in the top floor event space, and especially loved the private patio overlooking Queen and Peter. All of the venue staff were so friendly and efficient, and made sure the whole evening ran smoothly. Megan, our venue coordinator was wonderful too, and accommodated all of our requests with a smile. Everyone was raving about the food!!! All in all, it was the perfect day, and we couldn’t recommend this venue enough!

  Stunning & Intimate!

  I truly believe this place is a hidden gem for the perfect intimate event. In our case, it was our small wedding of 24 people. We booked the 2nd floor space in 2019 in hopes of getting married in 2020. Peter Pan Bistro remained extremely accommodating with two date changes and kept an open communication with us throughout the whole process. We started the planning for our wedding with someone else in charge of events. As of 2021, Steph White was our new events coordinator.
  Steph was extremely detailed in finding out how we wanted our day captured and truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly professional, kind and flexible to make our wedding day as seamless as possible. She made suggestions for start time of the ceremony, when to sit down for dinner and so on that just turned out impeccably perfect! We completely trusted her with her guidance. Steph is very experienced with coordinating events that are intimate and she truly catered to the needs of our guests, specifically our grandparents. Steph was extremely accommodating with emails, phone calls, video chats to make sure our wedding day was flawless.
  Steph made sure our dinner table was set as we've discussed however, we believe she genuinely exceeded our expectations! The details were truly stunning!
  She was exceptionally flexible with last minute dietary requests. Steph and the team truly made our wedding day an unforgettably intimate gathering.
  The food was delicious and the service was immaculate! We would recommend Peter Pan in a heartbeat!

  Perfect wedding for a pandemic

  We had a perfect day, the stained glass was the perfect backdrop for our vows, the food was to die for and everyone was able to have a great time after to long of being apart

  Brunch Wedding - perfect day

  We had the most perfect fall wedding. The weather though chilly allowed us to take full advantage of the patio. I would highly recommend renting it out as well for photos alone. The venue was everything we were looking for small and so beautiful you really don’t need any decorations! Perfect for any small wedding. The food was fantastic, everyone enjoyed it!
  
  Jill was wonderful, made our experience a little less stressful. All the months leading up she was attentive and responsive (I had a million questions and she answered all of them!!)
  
  Rebecca was beyond amazing on the day of. She made sure I was at ease and put all my worries to rest even just as I was about to walk down the aisle. She was always there making sure we liked everything and there to answer anything we needed. We loved having her there and so did our guests.
  
  We would recommend this venue again and again. A little bonus, on our anniversary each year we can go to the restaurant to celebrate!

  Beautiful and Intimate

  Jill and Rebecca at Peter Pan Bistro were amazing. This venue was a dream come true. It's beautiful, white washed walls, stained glass windows, wood flooring, tables and chairs made it a perfect space for our day. With our minimalistic look, and intimate themed wedding it couldn't have gone better. The food was amazing, the staff were great, and the entire night wen toff without a hitch. Thank you so much for the best night of my life.

  Jill and Rebecca at Peter Pan Bistro were amazing. This venue was a dream come true.   Amazing venue! Great staff!

  Jill was wonderful to work with. She was probably the highlight of our wedding planning. In the end, our wedding in July 2018 was perfect. The staff were great, everyone loved to food, and the patio was wonderful. I'd highly recommend the pation if you have at least 50 guests, otherwise it will be very crowded. The space is wonderful and on a summer day it was bright and vibrant.

  The perfect spot for an intimate brunch wedding!

  We were already fans of Peter Pan Bistro's brunch long before getting engaged. It was the first and only venue we visited and as soon as we saw the beautiful second-floor space we knew it was perfect for our 22 person brunch wedding. We wanted something classic and intimate, elevated but warm. Peter Pan is beautiful on its own or a blank canvas for your imagination. We also had a wonderful experience working with Jillian. She was friendly and excited during our first and subsequent site visits, very responsive during planning, and accommodating of working with our other vendors' schedules. The staff the day-of were friendly and professional. They worked diligently with our coordinator to 'flip' the space from ceremony to seated meal quickly and quietly while we enjoyed mimosas on the patio. We also had so many compliments on the food. We had a beautiful day celebrating and would happily recommend Peter Pan Bistro!

  Perfection

  We hosted our ceremony & reception at Peter Pan Bistro in June 2018 and it was simply put, perfect.
  
  Planning with Jillian was a breeze. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful. Jill was genuinely invested in making sure our wedding was how we imagined it and even provided us with insights that were invaluable to us while we were trying to figure out how to plan a wedding. She also made the process fun and stress-free!
  
  The day-of staff were incredible. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and so well organized. The transition from ceremony to dinner was flawless, they set up the patio beautifully, and they went out of their way to cater to every guest and their needs. I loved using the new Sonos audio system - we were able to create our own customized playlist for the day which made it extra special. Controlling the music was also very intuitive and being able to control the volume in each room separately was handy.
  
  As for the most important part - the food was delicious! We had steak/chicken/gnocchi for the mains & had a bunch of passed canapés/desserts. They were all huge hits (especially the bacon wrapped dates). Every dish was perfectly prepared and super tasty. Their wine list is amazing and included sparkling red wine which was a favourite among our guests!

  Great Experience at Peter Pan Bistro!

  Peter Pan Bistro was such a GREAT venue or our small ceremony (+ dinner) with 12 people followed by a reception with approx. 100 people. We would definitely recommend them for any private events.
  
  Planning: Jill was so easy to work with. She was quick to respond, very flexible and full of great recommendations. We listened to all of her recommendations for apps/drinks during the reception and we received so many compliments from our guests. Quantities & timing were also done on Jill’s recommendations and we really appreciated her help/insight.
  
  Day of: went off without a hitch. The staff was AMAZING. We hardly noticed anyone but they were always there when we needed them. They set-up/turned-over the space from a ceremony set up to a reception set up while we were having dinner in the Soho Room (and then turned over Soho to be included in the reception space after we were done dinner & waiting for the reception guests). It was really helpful that they could separate all the rooms throughout the day but we could use the entire space at night for the reception.
  
  Recommendation for music/DJ - we used their in house sound system with our own playlist. We were really happy with our decision but make sure the person you put in charge has a chance to test it out (we arranged to come by a week before to make sure everything worked and they could switch over to a microphone for speeches).
