Wedding Packages

We would love to host your wedding dinner at Rhythm & Howl!

Featuring farm to table cuisine, we offer an extensive range of dining options throughout the day, including breakfast, grab & go lunch, a seasonal dinner menu, an espresso bar and daily fresh baked goods. The cocktail bar boasts a comprehensive cocktail menu consisting of upscale classica and a diverse selection of mocktails.

A restaurant buy out is available for a food & beverage minimum spend. Rates vary depending on the time of year. The maximum number of guests we can host is 80 people for a sit down dinner, or 120 people for a cocktail style reception.

For smaller groups (up to 39 people) we can book a section of the restaurant semi-privately without the buy out / f&b minimum spend requirement.

Indoor elopement ceremonies are available at our sister property Basecamp Lodge Canmore for a maximum of 30 people. We would also be happy to recommend a variety of outdoor locations for your ceremony in the Canmore area.

Guestrooms

Welcome to your home away from home. MTN House by Basecamp boasts elegantly appointed rooms, each thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. You'll enjoy plush bedding, modern amenities, and breathtaking views from every window.

We can create a roomblock with custom booking code, so your guests can make their own reservations for a discounted group rate. We highly recommend staying for two nights, as we cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out to be available.

Spa Packages (coming late 2025)

Wildwood Nordic Spa will be a sanctuary of well-being, where everything we do is inspired by nature. We'll integrate native materials, elements, traditions and wellness rituals from around the globe, crafting authentic experiences and creating harmony between people and the natural world.

Our meticulously designed spa experiences will be rooted in the therapeutic essence of the mountains, providing a refuge for guests to unwind, revitalize and rediscover a sense of balance and community. A mountain sanctuary fostering a holistic approach to wellness, and a deeper connection to mother nature.

Spa packages may be added to your wedding booking later in 2025.
