Reminiscent of a 1920s speakeasy, our elemental and eclectic atmosphere brims with originality and allure while you sip and savour in style.

We offer a spacious dining area, which can be augmented with our classic travertine patio. Our courteous team of staff and talented bar mixologists will endeavour to make your day a treasure.

With a dance floor, our indoor dining area and patio can accommodate up to 200 people combined. Our indoor dining room alone comfortably accommodates up to 140 guests for a mix-and-mingle reception style and 120 guests using our round banquet tables.

To add some ‘SiN’plicity to the process, we are delighted to host your ceremony and reception on-site. We have spectacular in-house catering.

Our mission is to reduce waste with incredible taste. Our delightful fruit spirits are artfully small-batch distilled using the ripe, freshly fallen fruit we collect on our farms.
