Perfect venue in old Montreal!

The Vieux-Port Steakhouse is a beautiful venue with that old Montreal charm! We had our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in different areas within the restaurant! There are several reception halls on the second and third floors. We also took our wedding party pictures right outside the restaurant. Most importantly, we were extremely well taken care of by Mylène and her staff. They handled our wedding with a high degree of professionalism and care. We are extremely happy to have chosen the Vieux Port Steakhouse as our wedding venue!

Amazing and exactly what i wanted !!

My experience at the Vieux port steak house was amazing and outstanding for our engagement party!Since day one, that I meet the wonderful Mylène Renaud i knew I was in good hands and her team reflect her perfectly. The food was so delicious and the service impeccable. All my guest were happy and had a perfect evening in a lovely ambiance!

I highly recommended Vieux port steakhouse the best restaurant in Montreal in my opinion :)

COVID interrupted plans but helpful staff

We planned our May 2021 wedding at the Steakhouse but had to cancel it due to restrictions. The Steakhouse staff initially gave us a great experience tasting the menu, customizing their packages for us... when restrictions got bad it became tougher to get into contact with them however. In the end, they refunded us which was SO appreciated and meaningful to us. We so appreciated their compassion.

Brunch wedding (ceremony & reception)

This venue is gorgeous, but it’s the focus on customer service that really made our wedding day so relaxing and wonderful!
We rented 2 rooms: St-Jean for the ceremony & Mont-Royal for the brunch buffet reception.

So many positive things to say about Vieux-Port Steakhouse. Such great value in Old Montreal. Great ambiance and great food! All the staff was so kind throughout the planning process.

A great choice for an Old Port venue that won't break the bank!

My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got from Mylène and her team at VPS. Highly efficient and extremely friendly staff and a beautiful venue that is a perfect setting for a venue in the Old Port that will not break the bank! And you know that the food will be good too!
