We recently celebrated our wedding at Bridlewoods, and it was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and we are still receiving messages from our guests with how much they loved the food, how the DJ kept the dance floor full all night, and how gorgeous the venue & decor was.

A huge & special shoutout to the manager, Turrey, who went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Her kindness and deep connections in the Chilliwack community provided invaluable support throughout the entire planning process. She always answered our calls and put us at ease, ensuring that our wedding planning experience was completely stress-free. The day of was absolutely perfect, in large part due to her hard work and joyful nature. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and all of the staff!!

Tracey was the most amazing coordinator, so warm and helpful.
Unfortunately due to a situation out of my control, i had to cancel my wedding, but wished to host a different catered event as to not lose my deposit.
They told me i no longer had a credit and it would be over 11,000$ just for a room rental, even on a weekday?
I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. I had the most seamless experience while Tracey was there, so this took me by surprise. Contractual obligation and Moral obligation are far between there.
I cannot review on how an actual wedding went, but tread lightly before booking, as i have heard dealing with the new staff can be difficult from others as well but will not comment on their specifics, i will let them write their own experience.

I got married here in September and had a lot of problems with the venue.

1. The manager refused to give us an invoice for payments we made of over $7k. We had to hire an outside wedding planner to help us get an invoice. Even with the planner, it took the manager 3 months to finally provide us with the invoice.

2. Mistakes on top of mistakes. We're all human and mistakes happen, but the manager I feel has too many roles and cannot handle them all. She'd often forget things. She also overcharged us by 2k, we noticed quickly and it was fixed. Advice is to go through everything charged, use credit/debit for a paper trail, and have all communications in writing.

3. We paid for the vendor package. What wasn't disclosed when booking was that not everything in her decor is included. For example, gold cutlery and black lanterns were additional. I found Cinderella Slip On's inventory limited too. She didn't have gold voltives and a bunch of other stuff I wanted.

4. The caterer, At Your Service Catering, ran out of food. The last table only had potatoes and a small portion of beef to choose from. The fish ran out first after 3 tables in our 15 table wedding.

We had our wedding at Bridlewoods Event Center and had the best experience! We did their fairytale package where 99% of everything you need for the day is handled by the venue manager Tracey. We 100% credit Tracey for providing us such an amazing experience. She kept us on track planning wise and literally brought our dreams for the day to life. We couldn’t have asked for anything better ❤️ For those who want a stress free experience where the planning is handled for you, I 100% recommend this venue!

One little recommendation for those booking, try and work some extra time into the schedule to take advantage of the beautiful venue and natural light into your getting ready photos!

Tracey and her team at Bridlewoods went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect!! The venue is stunning! Beautiful location! So much photo spot options! The ceremony spot outside is so beautiful no decor is needed and inside windows everywhere and so much natural light! They really thought about everything when they built this venue! I highly recommend to anyone!
