Buncrana Golf Course is located just outside of Cambridge, less than one hour away from Toronto. It was built in the 1980s, but Buncrana had only been shaped into what it is now in 2000. It is located on a beautiful 26 acre property with rolling hills and lush greenery, which make an excellent place for your stunning photos on the big day. Buncrana has a beautiful rustic style clubhouse, spacious stone patio, mesmerizing ceremony space, stylish bridal suite and two indoor washrooms.
Whether you are looking for a small intimate or grand celebration, Buncrana family will be happy to create the wedding of your dreams.
With gorgeous ceremony space, stylish bridal suite, beautiful stone patio and unique wooden clubhouse in a rustic style, Buncrana has everything to make your wedding a very special and unique experience!
We offer an all inclusive package for the entire celebration (ceremony and reception) or ceremonly only package.
Facilities and capacity
Buncrana has both indoor and ourdoor space for your celebration. The unique rustic wooden clubhouse can fit up to 25 people seated. The stone patio right in front of it can also fit up to 100 people. You can use both spaces together for bigger events, or choose one for reception hosting and the other for the cocktail hour function.

Our Wedding at Buncrana
Buncrana was the first venue we viewed and we never looked back— booked our day right then and there! Valentina has been there every step of the way from that moment on. For someone who has only been a guest at a handful of weddings and in one wedding party, it was not easy to even picture how the day would flow. From arranging our food, decor, vendor recommendations, and keeping this bride sane.. Valentina did it all. Our day was stunning and it’s all thanks to her and her family. Everything we could’ve asked for, open bar, amazing food from Lancaster Smokehouse, bonfire for our guests, patio heaters, gorgeous decor, plate settings, and the list goes on. For a type A personality that I am, I immediately clicked with Valentina. Our guests felt like family there and we felt so taken care of. Our bar team and servers were a blast and everyone even participated in fun photos with us! I couldn’t recommend this venue enough and we cannot wait to go back and hit the green every year to commemorate this beautiful day! (Not to mention the glider planes flying over all day that were picturesque)

Having our wedding at Buncrana Golf Course, hosted by the wonderful Valentina and her family, was truly a dream come true.
From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were embraced with warmth, as if we were part of their family, and that feeling carried through the entire Wedding day!
My now-husband and I wanted a wedding that was elegant, intimate, magical, and breathtaking—a perfect blend of a cozy, backyard atmosphere with a touch of luxury and a dash of heaven.
The rustic clubhouse, the enchanting forest ceremony with live music and champagne, the nightly firepit, and the stunning landscape all came together to create something far beyond what we had ever imagined.
Valentina and her family didn't just meet our expectations—they exceeded them by 120%. Thinking back on how everything came together still brings me to tears. It was, without a doubt, our most favourite day of all time.
We didn’t just want a beautiful wedding for ourselves; we wanted our family and friends to feel that same magic. And Valentina delivered. The wedding land!!!!
So i might be biased but if there was a place for good vibes, great mojitos, and awesome foods, and great outdoor wedding this would be it. Valentina and her family are absolute gems!! We had a simple vision, and they made it work!! We wanted food, colors, and good times!! Valentina made planning our wedding very stress free. From beginning to end, she was there answering all our questions, setting up our seating, and dealing with our vendors. Its not just about the place, she genuinely cares about your day is there every step making sure everything runs smooth. Her mother was awesome enough to prepare take home containers for our guests to bring home the left over food. The property is beautiful and well taken care of, the love shows. An outdoor wedding place or even epic party this is it!!

Beautiful venue, amazing experience!
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Buncrana! Valentina and everyone else there is so friendly and professional and helpful. Valentina was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and was always so warm and friendly. It was clear she is very organized and on the ball, so we didn’t have anything to worry about. We were confident everything would be perfect on our big day, and it was! They really went above and beyond. And on the big day, our photographer and guests kept remarking at how great the venue is. It’s a lovely spot that we were so fortunate to find. We could not have been happier with the space, the food and the service. We would definitely recommend Buncrana to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor venue!!

The main coordinator Valentina was very helpful and responsive, they went the extra mile to make the space look perfect.
The food was amazing we used their in house cater Lancaster smokehouse and our guests were over the moon.
The are a young venue which does come with its limitations so it’s important to go in with a healthy understanding of their ability to be flexible and have less amenities.
Overall great experience would recommend them again to all!!

Great Wedding Venue
This place is remote enough that it could be anywhere, but still very close to the cities, so booking everything else like accommodations and travel was super convenient. No place close to the city gives you so much for the price they're charging.
Being run by a family that is completely dedicated to the property also means that there are no middle men and communicating with them is extremely easy and responsive
