Facilities and Capacity
When you hold your wedding here, you’ll have the opportunity to select your function room. You’ll be spoiled for choice with the numerous options available. They have ballrooms to suit grand and intimate events, as well as a meeting room that you can use as a private dining space. The Emerald Hall is the venue’s largest ballroom and is spacious enough for up to 300 of your loved ones. It boasts access to an indoor patio, as well as its own bar and coatroom. Alternately, the Queen Victoria and Rosewood Halls have a maximum capacity of 225 guests each. A large stage is located at the centre of Queen Victoria Hall, providing ample room for your event entertainment. If you require additional space, you can book all three ballrooms for a tremendous wedding of 1,000 attendees. Retractable walls make it possible to connect the banquet halls for a larger celebration. Upstairs, the Tyndaga Boardroom can suit parties of 60 guests for events like engagement parties or wedding showers.

Highly Recommend!
The food was outstanding, the presentation exquisite...we received so many complements on both! The hors d’ouvres table and real swan ice sculpture were standouts. Sonia and her team ensured that each person with special dietary needs, no matter how complex, were well taken care of. The tasting dinner beforehand was phenomenal...even for the vegan in the mix!
It was so amazing to have the Marriott next door, as most of our guests were from out of town. The bridal party got ready and had photos done in the luxurious one bedroom suite, making it a more relaxed morning and easy walk over to the ceremony and reception.
We are so happy that we chose the Burlington Convention Centre for our wedding, and highly recommend it!
Incredible service, space and food!
Best Day Ever!
The wait staff was so professional and truly a joy to be around. We had a menu tasting with our parents before our wedding and they were kind, professional, and the food was incredible and perfect. It was just as perfect if not better the day of! Everything was served hot and cooked perfectly.
We were both too full and couldn't finish our steak. We asked our server if we could pack it up. At the end of the night she had 2 fresh steaks, veggies, and potatoes ready for us to take home. We were starving so we ate it that night!
She also made sure we were well taken care of. She showed us around the hall before the guests arrived to make sure everything was perfect, and found me before the late night buffet to show us everything and made sure it was perfect.

Great Food, Great Location, Great People
We dealt a lot with Julie and was she outstanding always prompt to answer emails and suggest ideas. The decor they provided was beautiful, they have nice overlays for the head table and their in house backdrop is very professional looking.
The service of the staff was over the top, they went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and that I never had to wait to get a drink, they already knew I needed one.
If you are thinking of having a wedding in Burlington, have it at the convention centre! They truly made my wedding into the grand event I was seeking.
