From our first meeting with Matt we fell in love with the Caledon Country Club. The event room is open and bright with lots of windows overlooking the beautiful golf course. The large wood beams on the ceiling are beautiful and added the warmth we were looking for to host our event. The terrace and lawn provide the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony as well as give guests a place to sit outside on a beautiful night.

I can not say enough about Matt and his team.  From the very beginning  Matt was very attentive to all of my very many questions.  The wedding packages were inclusive, reasonably priced and most importantly flexible. Matt worked with us closely to ensure our vision came to life and we had the day of our dreams.  He was there with us on the day to ensure everything went well, and was easily able to roll with and adapt to the little hiccups that happened on the day.

Kelly and her staff at Caledon Country Club were amazing. Working with Kelly the year before our event, was a very calming and relaxing process. She made everything EASY for us. She was kind, understanding and communicated very well with my husband and I.

Our wedding day passed with ease and even if there were any issues, through no fault of their own, they immediately fixed everything. The ambiance that was created by having the beautiful windows in the hall as well as having a private patio for my guests - everything was just amazing! We did not have our reception there but we did come right after, to do our photos. The property is breathtaking. The entrance has the most beautiful road lined with massive trees. And the flower gardens and arches were spectacular! We certainly enjoyed using the golf carts! The food was delicious. The package that we got gave us everything we needed, including a beautiful dufflet cake from dufflet.com. The staff at the actual event were extremely friendly and happy to help!

I would recommend this country club in a heart beat to anyone!

I dont know what to compliment first, but I will start with Kelly. She is exactly who you want to be working with when planning your wedding. She takes the stress away from everything, literally to the very last minute when she was giving me breathing techniques before i nervously walked down the isle. She answered every question as fast as i sent the email! Sweetest women ever! The food was amazing, all my guests loved everything, i still hear compliments about it. The grounds are perfect for the ceremony and pictures turned out great!! Inside is just as lovely!! Staff was friendly and there to help when needed! The set up and take down is a bonus, i didnt have to stress about anything the day of my wedding, which is a gift all on its own :) I never spend time writing reviews but this place and Kelly truly deserves it. Thank you so much for a perfect, beautiful stress free wedding.

We were married at caledon country club in June. It was perfect! The food was absolutely amazing, the decor was gorgeous and the service was next to none. The grounds are gorgeous and this venue is a great choice. Kelly did an amazing job for us, She was supportive in the months leading up to the wedding answering questions and concerns promptly. The day ran so smoothly it was incredible. She exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this venue. Our wedding day at the Caledon Country Club was everything we wanted it to be. It was a stress free, relaxed and beautiful day. Every single detail was taken care of from set up to take down, there was nothing we had to worry about except to enjoy the day. Our friends and family gave us nothing but positive feedback, from the atmosphere to the food they had nothing but great things to say.
The staff was responsive and friendly. The table service was fast and the food was amazing.

There is nothing negative I can say about having our wedding at the Country Club, it was a wonderful experience.
